Parkcity Everly Hotel Bintulu

Spacious room and great breakfast choices!

Baby cot was too flimsy and unstable

Nice environment . staff super good.

if possible can replace the bathtub mat and also do maintenance on the power point (our room plug is a bit loose) and can install more power point cause 2 is not enough.

Decent breakfast, close to the Spring mall.

Far from everything else. But you can take Grab car.

Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good location near the beach. Suitable for families and convenient parking available.

Some parts of the hotel look dated and could use a little refurbishment. Limited food options at the on-site restaurant.

Pool. Buffet breakfast. Dine in restaurant

Our room has got cigarette smell

Very nice pool

Rooms were very cold and it was not possible to turn of air conditioning completely.

Comfortable room size for two double beds, privacy, soundproofing, breakfast, distance to Bintulu The Spring, and the pool.

Parkcity Everly Hotel has turned into an ordinary 4 stars hotel, with no X Factor. The 'Wave' for live band show is no longer there. The hotel was silent with less guests.

Despite heavy rain during the duration of two days stay, which prevented access to facilities, my stay at Parkcity Everly Hotel Bintulu was still enjoyable due to the pleasant and comfortable room. Overall, a mixed experience as cannot enjoy the facilities. Should give me a discount voucher.

Could not enjoy the facilities provided like swimming and gym facilities due to the heavy rain and flood. Parking was in the open area and got wet during heavy rain.

very spacious room, breakfast options were pretty decent, the location close to the mall.

the balcony and the building painting look a bit scrappy. The bed was uncomfortable, and my back itched from lying on it.

Breakfast seems to be improved from my previous month stay. I like the fact that towels are provided FOC upon request (because I travelled with children and needed the extra towels) My children managed to experience the sauna room happily. My spouse enjoyed the gym.

I had to ask for a room slipper as it was not provided (more to missed). I noticed absence of enough hand towels.

Parkcity Everly Hotel Bintulu consistently offers a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a cozy environment for relaxation. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The facilities, including the pool and dining area, are well-maintained and enhance the overall experience.

The Wi-Fi could be improved, as the connection was occasionally slow during my stay. Additionally, the soundproofing in the rooms could be enhanced to minimize noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor.

Staff we friendly. Nice pool. Location is great next to shopping mall.

It is affordable and within walking distance to a shopping mall.

1.The hair dryer is old but still works well; however, it has been wrapped with tape for some reason. ?2.There seems to be an issue with the bathtub faucet and shower pipe. To get both the shower and water running, I need to leave them on simultaneously.3.The swimming pool requires cleaning as I've noticed dirt and particles settling on the surface of the water.4.There is room for improvement in the lobby service, particularly regarding the bellboy service.5.Some items on the breakfast buffet, like the Laksa soup, were not replenished after they ran out.

I like the swimming pool. The room is quite big, and the bed is soft.

The property provides alot of space for parking, a very good breakfast, polite & friendly staffs. When we requested for something, it will be provided immediately. Plus it is just few steps from the mall which is very much convenient. Well done!

The phone is not working & have to order anything via whats app which is inconvient for an elderly like us

Walking distance to the mall

I stay there 3 nights. During the third night of our stay they didn't really clean our room, they only make the bed, refill the water and change the towels for us. I can still see the floor is unclean.
