Hotel O Utama Inn

The shower and water pressure

Mineral water bottle not provided. Only water dispensers and 2 cups

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a smooth manner.I really enjoyed the beautiful view from my room. The hotel was in a great location and had a wonderful atmosphere.

The hotel is nice overall, but I didn't appreciate the noise from outside. The ad soundproofing in the room could have been better, as it was quite loud at night.

Affordable price and comfortable, strategic location too

the staff can at least smile to your customer,no one want to see your frown face expression..the room i stay smell like durian and smoke but luckily the room is clean..

Near to mall by grab

Toilet clog & dirty

Cheap price

Linen tidak ditukar. 1st time masuk room not so clean. Got hair on the bed. And got baby cockroaches running on the floor.i forgot to take the photo. Tapi staff kaunter very nice.

Close to restaurants and night markets.

The level of cleanliness in the accommodation room is not satisfactory, the bathroom is very small and cramped.

Staff are very friendlyRoom very clean especially.bathroomLocation is very good and convient.

The strategic location.

There's no elevator.Guests smoked in their rooms and the smell permeated to my room.

Located at center of the town

A bit dirty, front desk not that friendly

Save budget. The room is big and clean. Recomended to stay here. Will repeat to stay at this hotel if we go to bintulu.

Please provide toothbrush, shampoo, extra towel for family room and also provide the heater at room eventhough there have a water dispenser. Thank you.

The strategic location. Lots of shops.

Room 108. The a/c leaks which cause your bedroom floor to be wet overnight. After asking for explanation, the only answer they give was "It's because you change the temperature and the a/c has no filtration to it. That's why"

Booking through booking.com was much2 cheaper than walk in.The hotel is near to the Bintulu tamu...parking is just in front of the hotel although we had problem in getting the parking coupon.

The room smelled like smokes from cigarettes mbe bcoz the guests before us smoked in the room. The rest was okay as the price was very reasonable.

Price just nice

Actual the room are not same as advertised, when check in at the hotel was given difference room. But the price remain according to the offer rate, sorry to say this.

Strategic and town centre. Nice staffs. Thanks.

The room that I stayed, I assumed the coustamers who stay before was smokers.

just okay. clean but old hotel.. so dont expect much. but the price is good! cheap for family room’ ?

Good water supply and the air cond was quite cool.

I didn't like the bed sheet. Look quite old and dirty.

good area and nearby food

the toilet singki is not proper drain to piping..very bad smell

Location is strategic.

The vehicles sound from outside. The bedroom window need to be clean.

value for money

poor customer service. bad experience of staying where the faucet was broken, didnt tidy up the room when asked, the staff seems dont care when we asked for help when the room key was not functioning. we checked out one day earlier because of these.

Passable

Smelly pillow. Got cockroach. Toilet dont have baldi & gayung.
