Nothing, really the worst hotel, ASTON not doing well

1. Noisy, street noises cars +motorcycle like in your head 2. No privacy, you can hear your neighbors3. When you 1st check in they will offer you small room other than the you actually booked, if you complain they will change it to as what you have booked4. Breakfast is Asian food 100%5. Rooms are smaller than you expect6. Insects 7. Dirty beddingsI never seen 3 star like this

The employees at the loby and reception desk are friendly and diligent.We like the welcome drink.Dinner is delicious.The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.My friend left something they kept it.Thank you very much Hotel Neo Gajah Mada.

At breakfast,the staff seems to lack . experience when keep asking for the room number and repeatly asking for the name and not finding it.Need a senior staff to help.

The location,the parking and the food from the hotel restaurant especially the nasi ayam ngantuk.hotel is near the indomaret store.

location is prone to minor flooding,if you were to walk it will be wet.

The location good can get good food nearby. Breakfast also not bad

The room facing main road noisy early 5-6am, the sound from motorists very loud. Pillows is not comfortable coz too hard and too thick caused neck discomfort

Strategic location, friendly and helpful staff, good facilities

A bit noisy even though the room is on the 8th floor, maybe because it is located on the side of the highway. There is a reduction of 1 day of stay from the initial plan but it cannot be replaced with other facilities because the hotel was issued via booking.com and booking.com cannot be contacted either.

Very strategic, everything is near to food area / street food. We received fruits at our room so that is a nice way to welcome guest. Would definitely stay here again and kudos to one of your staff, Aditya, never fail to greet us so joyfully. He also managed to seek grabcar for us and manage traffic when we want to go to our car since the traffic is hectic at Pontianak.

The downsize is noisiness but I don’t mind because Im a heavy sleeper, but it might effect others who is a light sleeper.

Good location- Good Price

The bed sheet has a lot of stain. The staff who was cleaning the room next to me, they chat too loud like their own house. I asked for extra pillow, it came after 30minutes

Passable

The staff receiptionist not even mention clearly to us about room no smoking and inform us that alarm turn on because of our rooms when we not around in room. Not logic at all. And we been charged to pay 500,000.00. I dont mind to pay, but when you yourself to brief us clearly about non smoking room, and you giving reasons other, totally ridiculous! Because when we check in, is not only me in the counter, 3-4 of us. IT will be My first and last to Check in this hotel. Next time place mention clearly to clients If they smoking, give them the right rooms!

The location is great.

There are ants in the room.Coffee table and bed-head were dusty. Room's Aircon remote is not functioning, can't adjust AC temperatures; has to ask housekeeping to adjust it from main control. Housekeeping takes very long to get back but I am very glad it does get back!

Should have provided a queen bed instead of single beds being doubled/attached

Location is convenient, amenities and eateries nearby

Lobby on 1st level and inconvenient for drop off, toilet spaces congested, room need improvement, bad house keeping, incomplete toileteries and small room, change bed cover left behind in the room, front desk not so friendly, breakfast not many choices, wrong choice not value for the money as compared with other surrounding hotel

Enough facilities and toiletries provided, variety of breakfast menu, well-mannered staff, fast check-in. Next to mini mart and convenience stores.

The room size differs although it has the same bed type. Water cant be drained easily in some bathrooms.

Everything, the smell of entrance and room was full of smoke. It’s should be a smoke room not a hotel

Most of the towels have black marks or stains.Pillows have black marks and stains.Bed sheets have black marks and stains.The bathroom corners are mouldy very disgusting.Windows corners or edges are mouldy.The room was flooded at one stage when heavy rain.Room 803

I like the room event the are to small

I was booking for 5 room for me and famOne of my room are deluxe roomWas sad im about to sleep around 4pm then check my bed There's was mark in the linent someone been use it. Then i call the staff take more than 30 to proses for the future please check it first b4 someone else check in

good place overall, super good breakfast and location

the view from my room was directly at a parking lot 10 meters away where a lot of people were hanging out every evening and looking back at me, which is a bit weird. but rest was good.
