I stayed here for a month and the staff was always helpful going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

breakfast ok but the location is dirty and little bit not safe for environment but the staff is ok and good perception.

everything is okay, breakfast is good, the room is clean because we requested it to be cleaned every day, and the location is strategic in the city center

Westayed in room 288.Our intention was already firm from the beginning wanted to have lunch at the hotel because we had never been there during our stay, when we arrived at DYNASTY (CHINESE FOOD) restaurant it was really disappointing and we didn't want to visit that restaurant again, starting from when we entered the restaurant we were not greeted, we sat down for more than 15 minutes, the employee didn't even give us a menu, even though there were several tables they were serving, it was obvious that they didn't want to approach our table, and also when we leave the restaurant they look at us and don't care.In the end we left the restaurant and complained to the reception to let them know to not be like that and treat the guests equally.But we chose to go back to our room and order go foods because I brought children(Niece) and parents.(the worst restaurant experience during my stay at any hotel)

So far.....is a nice hotel also many choices of breakfast.

Amazing staff who were all superb, shout out to Ricky really made us feel welcome with his great personality, charm and customer service. Erwin also helped us to book our bus when my app wouldn’t work. Very strategic location close to good restaurants, shopping and sights. Great pool to relax in.

Nothing special.

The room is too far from lift, the internet wasn't stable for Youtube, the TV is too old & the channels connection were below my expectation.

Hopefully the daily menu for breakfast can be more vary (changed at least every 3 days), the front office staff were good.

The room was to far from the lift, the TV channels for movie were too little, and the surround view was far below expectation for a 4 star branded hotel.

The room is spacious

The room is noisy. You can hear the noise of event in the building which is terrible. Bedsheet are rough, the pillow is not comfortable at all as it is hardened somehow.

Big and relatively clean room, good water pressure

There is a night club, the room has thin wall, never had a good night sleep

Bit old but still properly maintained

I came with my toddler. TV can access to netflix and youtube, very convenience and my kids can watch cartoon on youtube. Breakfast was great. Room was big and clean with bath tub. I will definitely come back again.

Parking space quite small for big car.

Huge buffet selection for breakfast suitable for most people regardless of their dietary requirements. The hotel has several restaurants that offer a good variety of food options for lunch and dinner. Plus the Garden Lounge has alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages available together with food options. Live music is always relaxing. Come to see for yourself.

too much noise, the AC is leaking water everytime, a strange woman knocked and ring our door bell at 5 a.m, and why the securities let her go to our door on the 5th floor?

It’s in town, surrounding a lot of resto, coffee shop etc

Need to check regularly about the Air Cond and the ventilation

Convenience location, surrounding by restaurants and supermarkets; nice and friendly staffs; delicious breakfast.There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel, you can have tasty meals without going outside of hotel

Room's decoration is oldIt's better to have certain smoking area in the lobby instead of whole lobby

I had book for 5 roomBut room 376 was SMELL arinal Yuck!! I been complain about it there's was staff return back to clean itBut the smell still there for another 24 hoursFor the future make sure staff check it b4 the next quest check in thank u

Very old hotel. Need urgent renovation! All is in a bad condition: walls, floor, bathroom ... ALL! I would never go there. Now I understand why they take payment upfront. If i see the room first i would refuse to pay and stay!
