The Shamrock Hotel Balranald

The hotel's restaurant was amazing! We had dinner there and the food was well worth it! Big serves, it was tasty and fresh!

The evening meal purchased seperately was good.The air conditioner had been replaced and worked!

1960 era room without upgrading.Things broken, chipped, lacking reaonable paintwork. Water went cold during shower, bed was a slab, floors were dirty. Not worthy of tenure at any price.

The bed was hard and saggy.The pillow case was stained. The shower looked dirty.There were no utensils.No comfortable chairs.The light above the bed didn't work.

The place needs a little updating. Even a coat of paint would make the place more appealing

Position. Located in the Main Street of the town.

The smell of dog poo outside the unit’s door. It’s a dog friendly place but guests seem to think they don’t have to pick up their dog’s excrement.

Recently renovated room was clean and comfortable

Hotel facilities ,bar and restaurant were closed and staff unsure as to where there were facilities in town. Luckily we found the excellent club nearby for a meal.

Water was warm not hot. Loose tiles in shower. Silicone around sink very “home done” ie untidy

TV didnt work properly, no plug for bath, mattress uncomfortable, decor dated, security door did not close

It was a very roomy 2 rooms with bathroom. Good area near our roo for a car & trailer

It was a Friday night and it was busy and full of road workers. They were noisy enough but if you like head banging music till midnight this is the place for you.

The motel is dated. But a great location, friendly staff. Good value food and drinks.

there was a pile of old furniture outside my room, I could not close security door from inside the room as there was no door handle to open it up again, no a/c in main bedroom, bed was really hard.For $183 for the night I expected a lot more.

location, the hotel meal was amazing. the room was quiet. tea and coffee was wonderful, everything was clean and tidy. lots of space in the room.

the bed was a tad close to the wall, and the bathroom was a tad squeezy, the telly was tiny tho as it was on a far wall.

The staff were terrific. 1st class meals.The room was clean for the most part but very very run down. The bed was damaged and should be replaced immediately. Half of the mattress has collapsed and the other half was so hard it was like a block of wood. I messaged to business this morning as we left early. Informing them of the state of the bed and the missing security door handle. Overall the accommodation was over priced, the staff at the hotel and the meals were first class.
