Good Hotel Located Two Blocks from the Beach in Maceio

Porto Kaeté Hotel is located just two blocks from the beach in Maceio. The rooms are large and clean and good Wi-Fi is available. There are numerous dining and drinking options in the immediate area and a mini market is just across the street. I enjoyed my stay at Porto Kaeté Hotel and do recommend it for a short stay.

I wish this was the hotel I could find in every place I travel! Everything was excellent. It started when I asked if I could receive a document there (my previous hotel turned me down) and they said yes. The room was immaculate, cleaned everyday, and restocked with more than I needed. Everything worked - the shower was great, the AC, the TV, etc. Breakfast was excellent, and I ate dinner twice in the restaurant where I received good food and great service. The pool was nice - short but a little longer than most others. Before going there, I asked on Booking how long the pool was. I have asked this question to many hotels, but this was the first one to ever answer. In every way, this hotel went a step beyond!

I can't think of even one thing I didn't like. Porto Kaete' is an awesome hotel!

The hotel is located about 200 m from beach at a noisy road and is rather new.Our room was large and spacious.The room was very well equipped.Large bathroom with good quality shower and towels.Very comfortable bed with good quality bedding.Bathroom ok.Good lighting.Good air-con.Everything very clean.Very friendly and helpful staff in the breakfast room and room service. Reception staff could be more friendly.Excellent breakfast!Strong WiFi throughout the hotel.

Rooms that face the street, like our, are noisy.Only plastic cups in the room.Thin walls. Sometimes at night it seemed there are other persons talking in the room.

The receptionist at night shift was arrogant and rude. Spoke in offensive way. During the day shift another receptionist promised to us some fruits at the front desk upon our departure. We checked out at 00:30, there was nothing left for us.

This is a small, modern hotel that is just a couple blocks from the beach. It is not luxurious,but it is very pleasant, comfortable and clean. Location is great. The breakfast room and pool area are very nice. (This a city hotel, not a resort). Our room was spacious and, most importantly, the bed was comfy. Great value for money.
