I've never had such a friendly staff. Every single person I encountered from the hotel made sure to try their best to give me a good experience.
The facilities. It was very expensive and the first room was a big let down.
It has a gym and a pool. They allowed us to leave our luggage the last day in the reception while we had lunch. Wifi works good

Some staff could have been better prepared to handle tourists. We asked about restaurant suggestions and locations and staff weren’t able to recommend.

When you open the glass door to step into the shower there was no room to actually step into the shower! I guarantee someone with a big body could not get into the shower at all because the door blocked the way. Also, the shower knobs kept falling off on the floor. Not good.
