Quality Hotel Bodensia

The rooms are basic but ok. There was a welcome pack for our dog. There is free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. Breakfast was included in the price.

It was a good stay, calm and peaceful, very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast time spoiled the late morning sleep, should be extended to 10 at least.

The receptionist checked us in early as we didn't arrive until 01.15 very late

Had a lovely stay. Convenient to have pub restaurant in hotel open late for dinner when I was hungry on arrival. Clean comfortable and good value. Free coffee in reception area is lovely touch.

Nothing at all

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were also excellent and very helpful.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no decaffeinated tea in the restaurant.

Easy to find from railway station. Central. Nice view from room.

It was very hot for whole night. I didn’t sleep guys. You need to put a C.

Rooms were pretty tight, staff did not seem very happy.

The familyroom was wornout and quite shabby, and the coversheet was dirty. The staff was really polite and professional and we got another rooms and those were fine, but the beds were quite lousy. Nice saunas and a gym with great view was really nice. The breakfast was really good. With a little update in rooms like better beds and little fixing on surfaces and maybe some basic comfortabilities in a familyroom such as waterboiler would be nice. In general the hotel was nice and tidy and in a good location.

They told us the reception was open 24/7 but on arrival at pre confirmed time. There was nobody on reception and a message to call a phone no. We did not have phone service but after seeing the bar staff they finally located someone after 30 min. She was very pleasant and offered us a breakfast bag to take with us and that we could pick it up at any time. We said we would need it by 5.30am. But on going to reception at 5 am and waiting till 5.35 am nobody was manning reception and unable to find anyone in the hotel. So no breakfast. There needs to some other way to contact staff eg a particular spot in hotel or bell etc as foreign tourists do not always have phone connection in foreign country.

I arrived late at night, soaked after a long rainy day on the bicycle and was welcomed warmly by the receptionist. Check in was swift which made me getting a warm shower as quickly as possible. As I was leaving early the next day, I was offered a takeaway breakfast which was delicious. Thanks again to the staff.

Close to train station and grocery store

9F floor, view was spectacular but the sun heated up our room windows open not so much, no AC, just one small fan was difficult to sleep especially the sun didn't set in July.

Clean and nice hotel. Good breakfast and nice staff. Good view to boden at top floor.

Staff was really nice and welcomming but language barrier was bit high. It wasn't only hotels problem. Seems they don't like speak english at boden/sweden.

I missed the ability to iron my shirt in the room, but they had an iron in a room by the reception

The room was light with a good view and we slept very comfortably. The breakfast was outstanding!
