Really liked the welcoming environment- the complimentary coffee, beverages and light food. Ery helpful to the tired traveler

Room was adequate but a little small, as was the bathroom.

Only stayed one night but the bed was comfortable and the room had a fan which was essential for how hot and humid it was. Having the fan meant we slept much better so we were grateful for that. Nice location to walk around the town. Breakfast was good quality and varied. The facilities are small and the rooms are small too but we weren't looking for something huge so that was fine.

No shelves for clothes, though thumb ups for the hangers. No socket near the bed-though we had a cord that reached one side of the bed

Good room and comfy beds. Little seating area. Bathroom is dated but good shower. Great coffee machine free all day. Breakfast was lovely and free cakes etc all day.

Check in was very poor. Reception not always staffed. Key code given for room key but no key left!! Had to call and person on phone was rude. We weren’t the only person that had a problem when we checked in.

Large room, good breakfast, great location

The fact that On Sundays the hotel is unmanned, I didn’t got any information and nobody was answering my call. I didn’t get any message of any sort. All this seemed ok. :-(

Friendly staff. Clean.

Very uncomfortable pillows. They were all just limp sacks of lumps. We went to the reception to see if they could come up with something better but what they found wasn't much better. Very small rooms (supposedly we had a de luxe room and travelled with one small suitcase together, but even that we had to step over as we moved to bathroom æ, door or bed)..

The free Fika in the hotel was a nice touch and the beds were relatively comfortable.

The room was very hot and there was a lot of noise outside at night (loud music and drunk people under the windows). The quality of the bathroom was not very good, and the shower curtain dirty/moldy to the point that it prevented us from showering. Outside of the accommodation, we were disappointed by the town and would not recommend it as a travel destination.

Good blinds to keep the sun out, comfy bed, spaceous bathroom. Everything clean. Silent and cool in room.

Breakfast had a lot of sweets and a bit low on fiber, and couldn't find vegan milk. But it all tasted good.

Good, central hotel in Lidköping. The hotel is on the main square, but was quiet at night. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We really loved the selection of little pastries and cookies that were available in reception all day, complimentary. Tea and coffee also complimentary all day.Room was nice, very comfortable, and a good size. Breakfast was excellent. Great selection, highlights were the lovely redcurrants, yoghurt, and the sourdough bread (I'd go back for that alone!!!!)

Bathroom was clean, but it didn't really have place to put toiletries down, e.g. toilet bag. Towels were ok, I'd have preferred softer and more fluffy.

Good location, very service minded and friendly staff. Great selection for breakfast and free fika available all day.

Location not so good for touring from. Excellent buffet breakfast but ran out of some things if the hotel was busy but staff were very quick to amend this.

Wonderful hotel! Right across from the town square. The staff was super! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. They offer snacks and sandwiches upon arrival and have a great breakfast!

Cozy hotel in the center of the city. The staff was very nice and breakfast good. Coffee and little food was available all the time. Good value for money.

Cramped bathroom

The location and facilities, comfortable bed, lovely staff and great breakfast.

The bathroom smelt a little. I would have liked more soundproofing between rooms.

Right on the main square, so the location was great for us (not that Lidköping is very big...!). Breakfast was OK, and the bed was comfortable. A nice touch was that there was a fridge in the lobby area with sandwiches (although we didn't need it).

The walls are thin, and we could easily hear conversations in the adjacent rooms; the guests there were calm, so it didn't really matter much for us, but it would certainly have been a problem if they had been noisier!

Appetising after-noon tea when arriving, excellent breakfast Big room of 25 sqm, new comfy head pillows, shower and bathroom very nice. The hotel situated in the absolute center of Lidköping but stil very quiet surroundings.

Nothing really. Excellent value for money.

We had a big room 25 m2 with an extra bed. Very warm and cozy. Furniture & beds of lower quality including a profusion of decorative pillows. It would be nice to swop these for better quality head pillows, those existing being absolutely hopeless. Bathroom clean, heated floor. Shower handle missing a gasket leaving the thing to spray all over.

Se above. Inferior quality of furniture and beds is detracting from all over positive impression. Small details for repair apparently are not being seen to.
