- The staff was very friendly and helpful. And even during the well-attended Montreux Jazz Festival, our room was so quiet and comfortable we slept very peacefully
- The hotel has a stunning view of lake Geneva surrounded in mountains. Sitting at the downs bar next to the water is just an enjoyment. You may also walk along the lake and admire beautiful houses and gardens. We had a wonderful stay and would come back!

Lovely location
This was a three star hotel in a five star location. The furniture was old and scuffed, the non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes, cleaning staff repeatedly tried to enter the room without knocking, starting at 9am, the spa facilities were shabby. Awful.

The Montreux Jazz Festival will take place and will be during the 2 first weeks of July (exact dates to be checked on their website). During this period, in the evenings car access might be difficult and some noise is also to be expected. Please note that upon arrival we will request a guarantee deposit for your stay. We would like to inform you that the 2m2c Montreux Music & Convention Center, located near the Royal Plaza Montreux, is under reconstruction. Please note that some phases of the work may cause noise disturbance, but only during the day, excluding weekends and public holidays. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the Vernex Park (located between the 2m2c and the hotel) is currently occupied for this renovation work, which may alter the usual visual aspect of the park.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
