The Originals Boutique, Hôtel Le Londres, Saumur

Room was fine and bed comfortable. Good location and could walk to everything. Had a bathtub as requested, Staff was helpful with directions to the Abbaye.Arranged a taxi to the train station and was on time.

Can't think of anything.

Great location! A long walk from the train station, but pretty much a straight line. Friendly and helpful staff.

Comfortable rooms. Great location. Bike friendly.

Small step in front of toilet we kept tripping over. Very slippery floors.

The hotel is located in an excellent location for cyclists in the centre, with a secure bicycle parking area, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast.

Modern design, nice staff, really nice bar area. Good breakfast, perfectly situated in Saumur

Great location. Very quiet and clean.

Staff v helpful and friendly. Location great. Rooms very well appointed and thought out - lots of little helpful things as if well planned by people who had put the traveller first - lamps and switches in good places, fridges in rooms, nice decor, useful hooks etc. nice terrace at rear of property and good parking with EV charging. sustainable - no plastic crap in rooms.

Breakfast was a bit crap, 14 euros for some pastries and a bit of cold meat. Fruit was awful - black bananas. We had breakfast in the room after that.

Very good location in the city center, but very quiet at night. Very good parking for bikes!!!!! Room is very cozy and very very clean. Breakfast was well over our expectations, just great and lots of options. i would definitely stay here again!

The professional welcome, protected parking and charging facility , central situation , excellent breakfast Hotel very stylishly decorated,

Nothing!

Great friendly and helpful staff. Great location if you're staying in Saumur, we used the private secure parking, well worth the extra.

Nothing not to like

Really well located. Great rooms and friendly helpful staff

Location in the town, private parking (if booked), spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast and the staff really went out of their way to welcome and help us.The enormous bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower room was clean, well equipped with a lovely powerful shower.

Nothing really: perhaps a full length mirror in the bedroom would have been welcome.

The family room was superb! Especially the layout, giving parents a separate bedroom to the children. Our children really loved the hotel too especially the London telephone box lift and the breakfast options.

Nothing - just remember to book a parking space if you need one.

We had on site parking, great breakfast, very modern design and a great location for the city and facilities.

Access to the parking was not easy and the spaces were limited so book in advance.

Centrally located, but very quiet.Bicycles stored in a garage at the back of the hotel.Friendly staff.

Fantastic city centre location with car parking. Comfortable and clean room and great staff. The Director/owner was especially helpful when I lost my phone at a local restaurant. Many thanks Francois.

Superb hotel - lovely rooms and spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff too. All in a very central location & good value for money

Can't fault it

Very friendly staff, great location for the town, great breakfast, secure parking

The beds were very comfortable and the location was very convenient, with bars and restaurants within an easy walking distance.

The breakfast selection wasn’t great. We had an issue with cleanliness in the room which we reported. The response from management was very positive and the problems were resolved to our complete satisfaction. It would, of course, have been better not to have had a cause for complaint in the first place.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the town centre.

The receptionist charged me for the booking which I had already paid through Booking.com. Fortunately, I realised this and my money was refunded. The breakfast was overpriced and not generous.
