Receptionist was lovely and friendly, really nice and helpful. Bed was ok. Shower was ok.

Was exceptionally hot in the room. Location is a bit out of centre so make sure you look at a map before going

Convenience. Well located and it suits us having access direct to the car. Staff friendly and helpful and I appreciate getting the gate code sent by SMS ahead of arrival.

Breakfast is perfunctory but croissant is good and coffee ok. Shower a bit cramped, but for the price all is good.

Nothing as we were unable to access the property

We could have been given the code to access the property. We’re unable to access the property. Booking .com could not be reached. Said they were having technical problems. Appartement could not be contacted. No reply to email. No reply to phone calls. Had to book alternative accommodation late at night. In our 70s. Very anxious at having nowhere to stay. Helped to book alternative accommodation by a kind passer by. No refund given!!!!

Located off the high which is convenient. Ample parking space.

Was super hot in the room.

Lovely, helpful staff, basic hotel with very clean rooms, free parking, basic breakfast with decent coffee. Five minutes drive to Saumur, we found it perfect for a pitstop on our way to Caen.

Bathroom was very similar to the Ibis Budget one.Towels were a bit thin.

Big comfortable bed. Outside seating area. Can park right by your room. 24 hour check in.

Convenient position on the outskirts of Saumur.A quiet location but near to facilities.

Asked for a ground floor room and was allocated room 5 which turned out to be a disabled persons room. I DID NOT ask for a disabled persons room.The room was very basic and dirty. There was EXCREMENT on the lavatory flush buttons and the shower soap dispenser did not work. No other toiletries provided.I pointed these faults out (personally) to a member of the cleaning staff but these points were NOT resolved during our stay.There was an electric socket on the bed head which was dangerously close to a sleeping persons head and constituted a danger whilst a CPAP machine was plugged in.Only one small pillow was provided.Only one chair was provided.Hanging and storage space was minimal and inefficient.The lighting was non adjustable and did not provide an ambient atmosphere. Much too bright.The staff, both reception and cleaning were curt and ungracious.On departure I told the receptionist of the excrement on the toilet flush that was NOT CLEANED and it was virtually ignored!Photographs of the toilet flush, broken soap dispenser and plug position attached.This was a very disappointing venue and not up to the standard we expect from the Premier Hotel chain.We will NOT be using Premier Classe again and do not recommend them.

Able to access eadily late in the evening to break journey to ferry port. Ground floor, access from outside.Able to have our dog in the room.

Quite far from the center of town if you didn't have a car. It was a twenty minute walk to the train station and another twenty to the center. Also there was no way of cooling the room and it was hot while I was there

When you book in this price range in France you understand your own expectations about the accommodation. The rooms whilst basic were perfect for the stopover. Breakfast again was simple, but perfect and more than adequate, well stocked and plenty of coffee. The location was a short distance from the centre of Saumur by car and the location was easy to find.

Bike storage was full, we had to leave ours outside. Found two bugs on the blankets. We were given a double room instead of the triple room we booked, but they changed us to a triple room afterwards (still a different one from the one we booked - they said they ran out of those rooms). Questionable hygiene and smells in the room. Bathroom door did not properly close.

Avoid, unless you're desperate.

Tiny room that smelled of pee. Checkin kiosk not working so had to wait until 1700 for reception staff to arrive. WiFi coverage didn't extend to room.

Good value for money. Clean and comfortable.

Some noise outside at night with vehicles coming and going.

Presentation of room was simple but good.

Electronic registration. Stairs, no lift. Extra charge for breakfast. Location no where near tourism sites.
