Staff was very helping

We had a confirmation number, but we were nowhere in the system. Poor kitchen, but the hotel was too far from everything to find a restaurant. There was no AC, room was very warm.

Average.....supplies( jam, bread) running out during the morni g rush!. Had to ask for them in order to have breakfast......

Did not have parking outside the accommodation. Had to find that as well.There was a constant buzzing noise during our stay( night and day). Thankfully that was taken into considération......

Room small but good enough for our 1 night stay. Very clean. Everything we needed was provided. Staff very welcoming and spoke good English which was very helpful for us. Acceptable bar. Good meal. Did not take breakfast as had an early start for onward journey. Prices of everything were very reasonable and excellent value for money. Location was very convenient to our route of travel going onwards in a northerly direction. All-in-all it was ideal for our purposes.

Quiet location, and easy to find. Good to have a kettle in the room.

Fairly basic accommodation. No food after 9pm, although website stated facilities open until 10.

Very good room. Excellent value. Close to Velo Francette route. Bike storage. Good food.

Friendly atmosphere, location, food was good quality. Hard working staff. Parking outside the room a big bonus for disabled persons (if left clear).

Towels in the room were bordering on the past it stage. Adjoining roomsters parking. rear of vehicles wheels against the kerb leaving less than 600mm clear space to walk through along room frontage.

Clean, recently renovated, staff extremely helpful, food good.

The approach very shabby, sign for hotel dirty and extremely difficult to see from a busy roundabout. It’s a pity as the rest of the hotel was good.

Staff were very helpful. Good evening meal available with the opportunity to have supper on the terrace overlooking the chateau. Reasonable breakfast. Great to have kettle and coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

No air con in room though a fan was available to use. Premises a little 'tired', clean but needs updating or refurbishing. Not quite the standard we have seen in other Campanile premises. Outside seating areas overgrown with long scrubby grass and shrubs.

Clean and comfortable, staff were ok

Dinner and breakfast were poor, especially breakfast, what a shame it spoilt our stay.

Room was clean. Restaurant on site was very convenient and excellent value.

Room had connecting door and could clearly hear the occupants in the next room

Just about adequate after a long drive,but the poorest accommodation in France for many years.

No air con in room. Quite a few spiders in bedroom and a big one in bathroom. Tired air to all facilities.

Convenient, easy to access. Good staff.

Grounds a little scruffy and smokers area too close to rooms. Very messy with cigarette ends.

My husband left his laptop in the room 009. They have it and have said we need to send a pre-paid package and then they will send it! We aren’t able to get a pre-paid package with French stamps! Can you help please?

Bit noisy in the night

We had dinner bed and breakfast and it was very good value. The room we were in has been upgraded to the one we were in last year and was a big improvement.

The road into the hotel needs improvement.

Ok for a quick overnighter

An English news channel and the room didn’t smell too good typical motel room

Comfortable and clean and we had the dinner bed and breakfast which was excellent value. We have stayed here several times and this time we were in one of the more modern or updated rooms which was an improvement on the last time we stayed.

Nice and quiet. Breakfast was adequate.

Nowhere much around to eat.
