THB Ocean Beach-Adults Only

Lovely staff, clean and comfortable environment. Fab drinks and food at the bar. Stayed here a few times now. Shame about club access since covid though - was much more accessible a couple years ago.

Music played by pool area should match what¿s played at the beach club next door (1pm onwards?!). If they could stream the music from the beach club to the pool area, it would be easier on ears. Who wants to listen to two tunes simultaneously!

They didn’t provide water every day, and it wasn’t that clean my room.

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, clean rooms, it was a peaceful enviroment.

The view was terrible. We looked at a abandoned hotel, which looked kind of ghosted. We had no view towards the the ocean, which you expect from a ocean beach hotel. This makes the price to expensive. Also from the look of the pool, je saw a blink of the ocean. So I think the marketing picture is overrated.

Its a bit pricey but you get what you pay for in Ibiza

The location

The AC was not working the whole time of my staying and once we talked to them they said we are fully booked and we can’t do anything with that!!

Reception were great and helpful! Plenty of hangers and lighting was great in the rooms. Ac worked perfectly and location was great. Bar staff were lovely too. Pool area was nice and chilled.

Room attendants were terrible, one day it wasn't refreshed. They never left enough towels. Rooms weren't soundproofed so you could hear other rooms' conversations. They didn't stock up the toiletries or tea bags or water etc. There was only one pillow each. Getting a taxi on a Friday evening was terrible, so pre book if you need one.

Breakfast brilliant and lot of different choices. Rooms very modern and fancy!

The location, the staff and the central areas were great.

The balcony door was broken and did not shut properly, there was open wiring where the bed side lamp was meant to be, the main lights flickered and the room itself was generally in pretty bad condition.

Amazing place. Great location close to the nightlife of San An. Free entrance to O Beach too!

Been staying here for 5 years now, around 4/5 times yearly. The reception staff especially ramon is the perfect staff and makes the experience coming back the best.

Unfortunately money had gone missing from my room, this has never happened before and I was shocked to have seen. Reception was told and left with them.

Positive location, good size room and friendly staff.

Getting taxis was very difficult and there was no opportunity to order them to the hotel, breakfast could have been better.

Nothing it’s perfect

So clean, modern, spacious. Excellent showers, rooms were immaculate as were all main areas of the hotel.

I’m being picky but I would of liked more luxurious bedding and pillows to match the quality of the room and overall hotel, and the bar to be open longer or even a facility to buy water/soft drinks out of hours.

What I didn’t like is the value of the room is not clear from the beginning, because in booking i booked a room for 3 adults for a certain price and while at the reception we were asked to pay more for an extra bed to fit the third person. Everything else was great!

The property was fantastic. (we even got upgraded) when we arrived we were greeted by Espe, the friendliest receptionist I have met. The experience was very chilled and very welcoming. This was the first time we had been to Ibiza and would definitely come back to this hotel.

We paid for bed and breakfast. The breakfast menu looked appetising but what was served did not reflect this. In fact some of it was inedible. This is the only complaint we have about the hotel.

Clean and comfortable bedroom, lovely sea views. Lovely bar area and friendly staff. Ideal location to Ocean beach club, bars and restaurants. Pool furniture a little worn and unkempt and tea coffee facilities but no milk.

Pool furniture looks like worn and tired. No milk in the room with the tea and coffee.

our view from the ground floor balcony was of the restaurant but not 2 bad
