Cubanito Ibiza

The staff at Cubanito was genuinely kind and welcoming. The vibe and aesthetic of the hotel looked great, and it was clear that the place itself has a lot of charm. It's a shame we didn’t get to stay there for the time we wanted to.

The lack of communication. We weren’t told about the room issue until arrival, which led to over two hours of lost time and being relocated far from where we booked, away from our family and plans. Promised taxi support was later denied, costing us extra and adding stress. The overall handling of the situation just felt careless.

The hotel was beautiful. Very clean and tidy.The location was perfect, very close to the sea. The roof top bar was extremely beautiful, especially at sunset.

The hotel and the rooms are super spacious and very well decorated. Some of the staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful!

Breakfast needs a massive improvement, it would be better to have a buffet as the kitchen is very slow and in general is not worthy the money. It’s also complicated as there are not many other bars around.

I liked the hotel. Very good accommodation. Staff very nice. Location ok.

Oh my! This was a treat. Exceptional location, rooftop bar to take the sunset view. Rooms were incredible and well equipped. Staff super friendly and I even could get a massage booked by the premises. I want to go back already!

Would have loved to get at least 1 coffee capsule to make coffee on arrival

Fun little place with a nice decor from old time Cuba. I loved the Salsa nights on the rooftop where locals come to have a great time dancing.They also welcome you with a cocktail right at check in. Room is nice and spacious with a kitchenette and a small fridge. Did I mention free parking?

As an American traveler in Europe I learnt that the 4-star standards in Europe are much lower than the 4-star hotels in the US.So if you are used to staying at a 4-star hotel in the US, don’t expect wide hallways and several big fancy elevators, or a massive swimming pool with live music, etc. You have to go to a 5-star resort for that.

Staff are friendly. The design is stylish.

Noisy rooms. Thin walls. Restaurant shuts early. No DJ or entertainment. Style over substance - The actual finishes are quite poor.

The hotel gives you an experience from start to end. We really liked the concept. The room was very spacious and had a coffee machine (!!) which we didn't have before :).The location is also great as it was quiet enough for a good night, but close enough to other restaurants/cafes. And the staff was also very friendly.

It is so quirky. The room included. Lots of photo opportunities. I’ve never stayed anywhere as nice. It is also very close to the beach and San An Staff are lovely and very helpful and friendly

I would have liked the bedding changed as we stayed for a week

Loved the decor of the hotel, felt like a real paradise! Rooftop bar was fantastic!

Needs a bit of updating, room was a bit tired. Pool was smaller than thought. Location felt a little too far away.

Staff were so helpful and the hotel is straight out of Miami beach.Great breakfast and lunch menu with a rooftop bar to watch the sunset.

loved the room, the staff were incredible and so kind and outgoing. The rooms are very clean, and the shower gel in the bathroom was incredible. I strongly recommend staying here. The manager was kind enough to offer us two drinks on the roof top because we had to leave at 8.30am to get to the airport, so were able to have breakfast although we prepaid for it. We thought this was really kind of them.

I've stayed in suites a number of times, and I'm surprised that they charge for everything in the suite. Usually for a more luxury room you're gifted some snacks, a robe or things like that. Breakfast always starts at 9 which seems pretty late, so we didn't get to enjoy that part of our booking.

Staff were amazing, especially Gaby at reception who was so kind and helpful with recommendations.

The rooms are great with lots of details and fitting of the style of the hotel. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The rooftop is great with themed nights

Limited food options on site so be prepared to find options for lunch and dinner nearby!

Quirky, friendly staff, clean.

Pool music. They could put something different on as it was a little monotonous.

Really funky decor, really clean and good location.

Bathroom in room could do with a spruce up also tv quite old with no English channels. Smart tv would be great for some down days. Rooftop was only open from 8pm, was beautiful so would be nice if it was open a little earlier. Pool is also quite small but was fab!

The hotel had a great vibe and the salsa dance night on the roof was a joy. So much fun, had a really great time here.

A little thing but we had twin beds pushed together instead of a double which kept moving apart!
