Great location

Staff not very friendly reported shower not working did not send anyone to repair it. Dust pen and foil under the bed Noise really bad people slamming doors raised voices started at around 1030 in the evening

The hotel was amazing! Everything was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

That its next to Pisco chiringuito and a small beach that saved my days in this very bad hotel - we made friends the Pisco owner and staff, go there to eat and chill.Despite rude staff at the reception that lack customer service, cleaning ladies and two ladies in the cafeteria were always nice and flexible - Reception, go learn from them how to treat clients!!! The old blonde one with glasses and a long hair young one with whom i spoke.

I slept with Apple airpods noise cancelation as the way people bump the doors to close and people speak and make moves in the hotel is like they are in your room in the night -the doors are like that...Only 2 plug ins in the room (!!!); Despite nice fotos on the site, i was given the old room, obscure, with mold , smaller than others; plug in and lightning above the head - if to place 2 beds together - because i asked for queen double, due to back problems, request was pre-approved when i booked and paid, and when i arrived they said they don't have at all - reception refuzed to change as i proposed, i even passed in a few days, We do not change we told you (and they had rooms available (!!!) people were leaving); the view is to the road and very noisy; just a few sunbeds and tables and all taken from early morning; breakfast doesn't have anything to do with the fotos - no honey, no cheese except Gouda, fried and omlet eggs - no boiled, vegetables only tomatos - you want lactose and gluten free? Go toanother hotel. 9.30 half of options were gone - they would sometimes refill if you ask nicely (which i did and i got some). Two days before closing cleaning staff star ted to collect furniture esp on the balconies -'during tye day - and i tried towork and relax on the balcony and in the room - amazing how they don't care I paid money for my stay and not only me and they had to wait until we leave to do that...my last day there were no matrases on sunbeds and lobby was plenty of firnuture and in the cafeteria also...Btw the bar is closed evenings and nights ...and safe box you hav to pay and take care of the key - if you lose it reception told meyou pay the reparation service lol. So if you want a nice and quiet stay in a not very old facilities

Location is great, right at the beach and nice walk to the busier area.The swimming pool area is also nice and enjoyable.

Everything else apart from location and the pool. Unfortunately just didn't want to stay there, room was on pretty bad shape, bathroom would get immediately smelly and uncomfortable beds.

Shower pressure quite weak

3 of us stayed in the room. It was very spacious and the balcony was an added bonus. The Staff were fabulous and accommodating to the point we managed to be in rooms next to our friends.

The only thing I could criticise is the pool. It is very deep and very cold, However, there is a segregated area that was shallower so we managed to dip in there and we soon got used to the temperature. This was a very lovely standard hotel. It was in a great location for the beach, for travel into the main town.

Nice sea front location and reasonably quiet.

Funny smell in room, reminded me of a sick smell mixed with bleach.

Location, price and pool

Bed, breakfast was average and AC didn’t work last day

lovely room with a very spacious terrace, very clean and comfortable and a beautiful pool area on the beach front.

the trees infront of our terrace balcony blocked our sea view, we paid extra for a sea view room.Cleaners came round super early in the morning, so we were unable to have out room cleaned for the full 5 days we were there as we would leave the room around 10-10:30. It's Ibiza many people have hangovers to snooze off!

Fine breakfast, nice pool area, staff is helpful and recommended a good moto rental service nearby (cheaper than the one right next to the hotel). Rather clean, room maintenance is ok. Small beach right in front, good for a quick drip. The bus L9 to and from the airport stops right in front of the hotel. It is close to the far west coast of the city. Terrace is large.

Water in the shower/tap is salty, like in the swimming pool (????)Food quality in the breakfast could be betterBar food quality is poor (microwave + extremely expensive)Despite being near San Antonio town, it is no perk, as there is nothing to see in San Antonio town, and it should be avoided.

I liked the free beach in front of the hotel and the way they cleaned up the room.

There are so many rules at the hotel for things you are not allowed to do/have, including not being able to eat a snack (i.e. some fruit from the market, not bought at the hotel) in the communal area by the pool, or not being given cutterly from the hotel (we asked for a fork and they told us no and that we had to eat our snack in our room). At breakfast cutterly and napkins were almost always missing, the fruit section was always empty, the tables weren't laid out for the guests and you always had to walk around to ask for cutterly/glasses etc. The staff were not very engaged and welcome. Didn't make us feel looked after or taken care of.

Nothing - loved everything about it!

Breakfast was good, rooms basic but comfy, pool area nice although needs some maintenance. Location excellent.

Felt food and drinks were expensive, no animation staff. Also, it listed a billiard and table tennis tables which werent there.

The location was great in terms of proximity to beaches and exploring the island.. very chill, and pleasant after a night out in Ibiza Town.

Our room was on the ground floor and it was a bit too loud, so I’d recommend staying on the upper floors.

The staff was very kind and helpful with our questions and breakfast was good.

The noise. Every night we had problems with guests arriving drunk at the hotel early in the morning making a lot of noise, disturbing other guests and waking people up. A total disrespectful behavior every night.

The price is way to over charge for 3 nights 720€ , second thing is the smell of humidity and humidity at the room

Location and pool area is very nice. Beachfront access is easy.

The food from the hotel restaurant wasn’t very good and bad quality.
