Make sure you select a room on the ocean side, was not clear in the booking process. Call the hotel ahead of time to make this is available. We were able to upgrade to a view of the ocean on site with a view of the pool and the walkway along the beach.

The beds were a little hard.

The lady from massage could take some classes on smiling when talking to clients and being nice instead of giving instructions as I would be in an army…

Well, it’s a 4star hotel and I booked the superior junior suite. Yet, I had to go to the restaurant to collect an ashtray and staff was not willing to support a little, which is surprising for me at a 4 star hotel. Further, the walls are not well isolated, as I could hear every step from the person staying above. Although staff told the person to walk more carefully at midnight, but yet unsuccessfully. Further, the spa facilities were ok, but it wasn’t really a spa feeling. People were playing in the pool to cool down from the sauna, like it’s kindergarten. There were no instructions from the staff that guests should adhere to some basic behaviour, if in the spa area. Even though I’ve indicated, just guests were quite immature. Not sure, if the hotel is there yet to verify called a spa hotel.

I thought it was by a beach .. it has the sea in front but not a beach .. you have to walk 15 min to get to a beach

The restaurant menu wasn’t particularly great but there’s plenty of other options nearby. It was quite noisy during the day which made napping in the room difficult

It is absolutely not a family hotel. Children under the age of 12 have limited access to the contents included in the hotel.Children under 12 are not allowed to swim in the pool on the top floor, which is one of the reasons we chose that hotel.Use of the SPA for children is only from 11 to 13 accompanied by their parents. So parents have to be present and pay 23 euros / hour per person.Breakfast is the same and after 3 days the appetite is lost and we were looking for an alternative outside the hotel.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and furnished. Facilities were great and staff were excellent. Rooftop terrace is really gorgeous

Rooftop pool, spa, room size, sunset view balcony, golden Buddha next door, the staff were amazing, it was spotless, the breakfast went until 11am and was overwhelmingly lovely, location was close enough for activity but quiet, price for the quality, the outside looks high end and lovely, room decor was understated and sleek, huge shower room.

The hotel was just perfect. Excellent location for Cala Gració. The pool was beautiful and rooftop infinity pool is stunning too. Plenty of loungers. Amazing staff. Breakfast was a huge selection and all delicious - bespoke omelettes made to your taste. Everything was super clean. It was fabulous

The location was great, the room was comfortable and spacious.

The reception staff was limited to calling taxis, and not really room issues, I tried to inform the hotel of the fact that it was a single supplement on the last night via the platform in advance and between booking and the absent manager I let it go, as it was just made too hard.

Staff were great went above and beyond was always helpful. The spa was fantastic and the massage was great very relaxing. Rooms fantastic size. Can't wait to come back best hotel on the island

gym is promised but outside hotel, poor quality and not functioning outside office hours, could not enter in weekend in spite of (very complicated) testing of fingerprints and mobile number, nobody could help, very disappointing

The Kitchen staff & and Front Desk Staff were very friendly and helpful. My mother and i had an amazing stay in ibiza. will be back

The rooms are spacious and the general decoration of the rooms and the common areas is neat and elegant without being overbearing. The staff was really nice and super helpful. The restaurant is very good.The rooftop infinity pool is quite impressive and the view simply stunning

Noise is a real issue. Despite having a room with a sea view our room was located just above a busy restaurant and bar playing loud music from 9am until midnight. Although the staff did offer to change the room without any problem, the proposed substitute was slightly smaller and with a worse view whilst still overlooking the hotel's main pool also playing loud music, so we decided to stay in the original room. The music was also prevalent in all common areas at all times of the day. Perhaps this is the Ibiza vibe but we found it tiring after a while.
