Good location and staff

They didn’t clean my room even when i advised them in the afternoon, so i slept in my room on the same condition as i woke up

The Clealiness , the Location , the Room Size , the Breakfast quality .

The pool area is smaller than the pictures , no privacy as all the chez longs are so close to each other & the Jacoussi is so small , the Gym no updated machines , the sink of my room 320 for the first two nights didn’t drain the water which was so annoying , then they install it after many complaints the other two nights, but sure I like to stay here again .

The hotel has charm , from the building to the staff - just all charming . The proximity to the beach, restaurants and bars was great. The food was wonderful , huge choices and fresh .

some of the staff were angry and unwelcome but most of them were nice. others don’t speak english at all.

Very uncomfortable beds

Great location, beautiful views towards the sea, hotel was sparkly clean at all times, lovely pool area, chilled family vibe.

Lack of entertainment meant bar area was very quiet at night, which is a shame. Restaurant area is at the back of the hotel and felt a bit dull and uninspiring.

The hotel is comfortable enough, with a nice breakfast, lovely staff, clean spaces, good pool area with plenty of room for all. Hotel is conveniently located in terms of access to buses, cabs and walking into San Antonio. If you have a room facing the beach, the views are quite nice overlooking the pool, nearby hotels and the waterfront. There are two handy supermarkets downstairs which is great, and a Lidl is about 15 walk away.

We were quite surprised at the level of noise experienced from nearby O Beach (as well as a droning one day hip hop festival on the waterfront) which was extremely loud until the early hours each night. There are not many mentions in reviews about this noise, at least I didn't see any. If we had known, we would have stayed elsewhere. Not everyone wants to be kept up that late by noise not of our choosing. We understand this is NOT the hotel's fault, but feel it's important that anyone considering staying here who is sensitive to noise at night knows this is an issue before midnight. The choice of evening entertainment and music by the pool was fairly lacklustre, so hanging out at the hotel wasn't as much of an option as we would have liked in the evenings. The photos of the rooms don't quite match the reality, in our opinion; they felt a bit less bright and fresh than we expected. At night, the air-conditioning took forever to cool the room down. We in fact paid extra to stay here compared with other nearby properties because of the promise of better facilities, views and quiet. The hotel is nice as are the staff, but not being able to sleep when we were really tired every day ruined the experience. Additionally, the rooms, we felt, were not great value for money, at least in our experience this August. With that said, we feel the hotel is probably best suited for families and those who are happily late to bed (after midnight).

Swimming pool and buffet was very good, a lots of selections, we booked half board with my 2 children, they both loved breakfast and dinner. Dinner was not including drinks, but hotel charges very reasonable. We had a great time. Great location, we had a big balcony with sea view.

Some facilities in lower ground floor was not working. Hotel seems a bit old.

A very well located hotel, by a nice little family friendly beach, comfortable rooms, good aircon, good cleaning service, great choice for breakfast and plenty of seating available, good enough pool area and bar. Friendly staff. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel to go across the island and also to the airport. The promenade walk is pleasant and is a good spot for enjoying sunsets. A good choice of restaurants, shops, bars and supermarket all within walking distance.

A few little things, none of them major but nonetheless could be improved when all added together:- Pool towel policy and inconsiderate reception staff: There is a Є10 deposit for each towel, understand that. But it has to be paid only in cash. Not hugely convenient but understand that too, what was a very strange was to exchange towel, there is Є1 charge per towel - supporting a local cause which is great. Again, to be paid only in cash. We didn't have cash, they didn't accept card, nor would adjust against the already paid deposit so we ended up using the same old towels during our stay. No flexibility shown by the reception staff for a mere Є1 fee, they were ok for the hotel guests to continue using old towels but make a concession or allow us to pay later. We weren't against the charge (although it is a bit strange for a hotel that charges over Є250/night to stay), just that we didn't have cash on us.- The pool side beds are rarely organised, particularly on the exterior terrace, every morning we had to build our own by adjusting beds, bringing the Parasols together, etc. Some guests would use 4 beds between the 2 of them but the staff wouldn't bother nor reset the beds in the evening.- Every day woken up by furniture moving sounds from neighbouring/above rooms during the cleaning service.- Unreliable Wi-fi.

Location. Perfect to dip in and out of the parties.

No iron in room. I know there is. A communal one somehwere but would be much better if in room.

The hotel facilities were fantastic as well as the service and quality of every aspect. The restaurant was incredible. The breakfast was of good quality and the service was extremely good. I started having dinner towards the latter of my stay and I regret not having done so at the earlier stages of my stay. The price of the food and quality is value for money when you compare the prices and the quality of the food outside in the streets. This point of view could be biased due to my bad experience from some food poisoning I got from eating out, regardless I highly recommend their restaurant as it is of high quality in all areas, even variety. I was allowed to see the buffet prior to seating and the staff were extremely nice. The pool area is a nice with seating in sun and shade for those who need a break from the sun. The Spa and gym were really good and so was the personnel. In a decent area not very busy compared to other areas of San Antonio and only a few minutes walk to get to San Antonio Bay. All in all, highly recommended, will return in future.

The only thing is the room I was given was slightly noise but there is not much the hotel could do about this, the noise is produced from other guests. Nevertheless maybe an idea would be for those who request quieter rooms to not be placed around rooms with children, obviously, given if there is space. However I understand in June it is high season and the hotel did the best it could do in accommodating my stay to the best of their abilty.

Overall, the location is best suited for us to walk around the beach, restaurants, nightclubs, and boat trip in Antonio Bay compared to Port of Ibiza. The cost of our stay is affordable for us. It's a suggestion for groups who are curious about what it's like to party in Ibiza before or after going to Barcelona or Madrid.

We arrived early to 'check in' requirements. We believe the reception staff isn't friendly enough to us because we are not white enough or deaf. The female staff is allowing more than three guests to check in before noon. We are from Washington, DC, and we are highly familiar with the hotel environment. They did not give us an explanation until 1400, compared to the morning's' early check-in. The only cons about the stay are the weak air conditioning.

Very outdated facilities (e.g charge points in rooms). Decor and finishes also appeared quite outdated also. Was also difficult to get use of the iron and had to use the communal one on the 6th floor most of the time.

Perfect hotel. Great location near beach and town. Clean, fresh room, lovely, delicious breakfast. Friendly staff, great late night bar. Fab poolside. Perfect.
