Hotel Vibra Marco Polo II - Adults only

Very lively hotel, DJ around the pool area from 12ish. Very much a party hotel so easy to get guests in the hotel for pres. Chilled staff. Perfect location, very close to the bus station and local shops! Lidl is a 2 min walk.

Rooms weren't that clean on check in, especially the floor.

The location was perfect for what was a business trip to the club Eden. Also good for local restaurants etc.

Not the hotel's fault but I was probably twice the age or more of the normal clientele, the hotel clearly caters more for the under 25 year old clubbers. Consequently they woke up as I was looking to go to sleep, making a fair bit of noise. Upon arrival in the afternoon there were guests sleeping on the floor, sofas etc. The room was very basic, but adequate and clean for one night.

great location. stayed at the marco polo i and ii alot of times everything ypu need within afew minutes walk.

no propee balcony in certain single rooms

I got a sick bug from how dirty my room was

The cleaners each day did not significantly improve the dirtiness of the room at all

Very noisy. Other clients kept partying and knocking on doors outside.

Not much to be honest

The cost considering I stated it has changed from 2 people to only 1 traveling and had to pay still full price Took ages to get checked in and room was in a bad place

Breakfast nice. Location perfect to suit my needs.

Cleanliness off the rooms, we were provided with a really dirty room stains on bed sheets stains on walls? Air con leaking all over the floor which they clearly knew about as there was a towel laid on the floor beneath when we first got the room keys

-Breakfast was great, plentiful, tasty-AC was fully functional and responsive-Was able to check in early-Very helpful/friendly staff

-Toilet tank cover didn't fit so the flush button was unresponsive, had to remove the lid every time I wanted to flush-Didn't have cold water the morning I left, had to exit the shower before I was finished because the water was scalding hot at every temperature setting-Was provided sheets but no blanket or comforter-Bathroom floor was wet/not entirely clean the first time I entered the room-Marks all over the mirror first time I entered the room-Generally not up to my cleanliness standards upon first entry

Student hostel hotel. Very dirty

Extremely dirty room! Luckily the bed was clean but everything else horrible. Hairs everywhere. So expensive for a kind of hostel room and hotel.

The two different pools are nice, one is a chilled vibe and the other a party vibe. There is a Lidl on the doorstep and it’s a very good location in San Antonio

The level of cleanliness was not great. Even on the first day we arrived, the floors had not been cleaned properly. We did ask for housekeeping and they came straight away. Had a cockroach in our room. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything. It sounded like someone was in our bathroom when next door was taking a shower.

The only thing good about this property for me was the location.. the rooms are too small and uncomfortable and the staff wouldn’t even order us a taxi to the airport..

Unless you are in your 20s or under I suggest you avoid this property.. there is constant noise all through the night from outside and inside and we even had people knocking our door and running away early hours in the morning.. luckily for us it way only a short stay because we decided to extend our holiday for two nights..

Good location

Rooms were dirty & not clean, ants on the floor, broken tiles, holes in the wall, long hairs in the fridge, dirty beds.

Nothing. Although if I liked smoking weed, I wouldn’t have had to buy any - I could have got stoned in reception. Even the security guard had enohhh

As above . Also they don’t have a first aid kit, a first aider or any kind of health & safety training

Excellent location, daily cleaning and a nice pool area.

Lots of loud music (as expected in Ibiza) but no interventions from staff or security. Parties allowed to happen in the pool area during early hours of the morning on one occasion which made it difficult to sleep

Hotel is good staff is good but tourist are to agresive and no education at all.

Tourist are to drunk there is no security overnight to keep the hotel.One of the tourist was crying in the coridor trying to enter in his room and other tourist try to brake in to my room he was thinking its his room.

Location is very central

Very noisy at night time especially if you are facing the main road which has constant traffic all night, you could literally hear everything, room was very dirty with stains on the blankets and all over the walls, mini fridge was disgusting couldn't use it as it was stained and caked in dirt, there were also kick marks all over the walls.

Access to 2 pools and very close to the beach

Unfortunately there were too many clubs around and it was very noisy. The hotel is also on the main road so the rooms facing the road are not quiet. The WiFi was not working but staff moved us to another building after we complained.

Its near the town centre, the beach, bus station to the airport and Aldi supermarket near byThe hotel has a hold room for luggage when checked out early before departure and a shower room

Central clean easy

A kettle would have been nice but nit a deal breaker
