Brekfast was great with a wide standard variety of choice.

the noise, constand music beeing blast all day at the pool, the noise made by other gusts coming back at 4 am shouting and screaming etc

Room, bed was comfortable, maid service very day

It’s a lively hotel, the music starts at 11am after breakfast and is extremely loud and not ideal if you are looking to relax. It’s mainly for the younger adults but a very nice hotel and great value for money.

The staff were great - Stephanie and staff behind the bar in the pool and lifeguard were super nice / friendly. They were great to chat to and practice my spanish haha!

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is well located near the promenade, with multiple restaurants and bars just a few meters away. The breakfast was basic but satisfactory.

The room was not very clean; we found hair under the "clean" sheets. The furniture is quite old, the bathroom tiles are moldy, and the mattresses are uncomfortable. The hotel is extremely loud. We understand that this is a party location, but guests are very noisy after 10 PM. They listened to loud music the whole night, knocked on doors, and shouted in the corridors. I suggest increasing security, as the noise is quite irritating.

I like how convenient the location was, the bar outside was nice and I love how much there cleaned the rooms… it was so good you could smell the bleach.. the breakfast was lovely

It is a party hotel so there will noise and some of the guest was really on drugs - like balloons which was annoying.. you could hear it all night

We get it is Ibiza and people don’t go to bed but people constantly knocking on other peoples doors at all hours throughout the night/morning running up and down corridors screaming maybe some security going around the hotel of a night would be good

Ideal for what you pay for. Super convenient location. Basic rooms but nice to have a balcony, table and chairs. Would recommend for people who want cheap, easy, convenient accommodation in San An.

Could have been a bit cleaner and a few things in the room were old / broken. Abysmal freezer but overall lived up to expectations.

Breakfast was good

We had a huge leaks in the bathroom roof, dripping from the light which I had been very concerned around. Additionally, we had wires hanging around the bedroom that were not safe. Aircon created a huge leak, which the wall began to have mould and bulge due to the amount of water being released down the wall.

Fourth time at Marco polo third year in a row. Always an excellent experience great atmosphere friendly staff members and the perfect location in san antonio. Value for money will probably be back again next year .

hotel is in great location, beach near by, shops , walking distance to cafe del mar etc breakfast very simple but eatable , room its very simple -glasses provided are plastic ones ,one liquid for shower , very minimum . Pool is ok with music from 11am easy to get sunbed . Hotel for teenagers , deffinetly not for families , overall all good

We received a service including breakfast. Breakfast was good. The hotel also had a pool, we did not use it because we preferred to go to the sea, but it looked very nice. The air conditioner remote control in the room was not working, but we solved it somehow ourselves. If I go to Ibiza again, I would like to go to the same hotel, Marco Polo. It would just be nice if the employees knew a little more English.

Nothing. It was hurrendous from start to finish!! We ended up booking an early flight home.

THE NOISE! It’s so scruffy, there was a leak from our bathroom ceiling that they didn’t care about. The rooms were filthy. It stunk. No one went to sleep all night we couldn’t sleep because there was constant parties, screaming form outside of our door. Knocking on our door in the middle of the night. It was a joke!!!

This is a hotel where mainly 20-30 year old people came when we were there.The breakfast buffet has bacon, beans and sausages, but luckily also healthier food. The swimming pool is also nice and there is a bar with food and drinks.It is however very noisy inside the hotel and because this was not really our thing, we decided to leave earlier than expected. Hotel was willing to relocate us to another of their hotels for free (Vibra District).

Mainly British people here who are making a lot of noise. They bring their own sound systems and party on their rooms until 6.15 AM in the morning. Lots of noise on the halls during both day and night.

We loved our staybreakfast was amazing, the staff were so hard working and friendly.The drinks were great and the kitchen was greta.We spent most of our time by the pool it was so nice to relax and catch some sun.

Good size room for 3 people and a large balcony too with good facilities such as pool and breakfast bar.

Night staff weren’t as friendly and would let us see signed documents to confirm aspect/rules about the property. For paying to stay somewhere it would be nice to be treated with respect and also provided an answer by staff when asked questions which made myself and the company felt uncomfortable leading to feeling race was the factor as to what caused this.

GREAT location. The rooms were basic but very clean. You could still use the facilities after checkout. They also provide luggage storage and shower facilities. Noisy, as there are clubs nearby so you could hear the music and people outside, but this didn't bother me.

On the first night we arrived, the towels were stained, but we got clean ones the next day.

central location , staff laid back , party atmosphere around the pool . none of that you can’t bring people back to the room staff was chilled

can get loud throughout the night with guest coming home from the clubs but hey your in Ibiza it’s all part of the fun

Friendly staff, clean and tidy hotel. Staff met my requirements when asked for partner bday and gave us a good room with pool view. Very pleased.

Great breakfast, staff are really good. I felt comfortable as a solo traveler
