Great rooftop and lobby area. Nice staff and quick service (leaking AC in the room upon arrival).

Location too far from Sant Antoni, especially when ferry is not available.

Great hotel, very close to beach, great breakfast buffet with everyhting you can think of, the pool area was great and the staff very friendly. the Rooftop Bar was also great, good drinks, nice sound and a great view.

the Gym is part of the pool area, kids were playing there and it did not feel comfortable to do work-outs, but all good if you do not mind everybody looking at you.

Loved this hotel, the facilities, views from the roof top, ambiance in the roof top, view from the pool, from my room, from the restaurant!

Maybe only con is that dinner options at the restaurant need improvement. I was not made aware when I booked that the day I was leaving they were closing the hotel for the season. In the end we were able to work timings because the staff was super friendly and flexible.

Location, amenities, breakfast, cleanliness.

Parking. One day the garage was completely full and me and other friends had to park three blocks away on the street with pouring down rain. If you are charging for parking you should guarantee parking, otherwise that’s the equivalent to stealing money. Also the upsell process is terrible. When I checked in I did not enjoyed the pushy lady at front desk trying to upgrade my room. The figures she gave me were on purposely misleading trying to confuse me, then promised to change my room next day which was not done. She also resorted to fake scarcity tactics “this is the last room with have! Take it now!” I felt I was in some sort of timeshare situation in Cancun, not checking in at a hotel. I stepped on the side and watched her go with the same exact script with another couple attending our wedding, the misleading numbers, the “last room available” lies. So I pulled them on the side and told them what to do. You should really stopped doing this type of things, it ruins the experience. Finally I had to beg almost for free breakfast for two couples checking in at the hotel even when I brought in 30 guests taking about 15 rooms. I had to wait to talk to manager and make a deal with her. She was very nice, but I feel given the amount of people I brought in it should not have been such a big deal for 4 additional breakfasts, given Melia didn’t even give me a group discount for our event, we all paid full price for our rooms.

Had it all. Two pools, direct beach access. Adjoining rooms for our family.

Offsite parking a few blocks away was the only negative.

Cool and vibey common areas - we particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool with a light background DJ set. I didn’t find the room itself to be esthetically pleasing, but it was quite large and efficient. The AC could be improved.

Location good enough. Beach food enough. Comfy bed

Parking. Don't believe the listing about parking. You have to make a reservation for parking and pay for it!!

They charge extra for parking, the Wi-Fi only works near the reception, there isn’t even a hostess — you have to carry your own luggage to the room. The service is zero. The food is extremely expensive. They don’t even have a simple scale to weigh a suitcase

The property has a nice ocean view for my room. The bed it’s comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very kind and they do a wonderful job at cleaning the room.

First, I have day at many hotels. To May this hotel will be at 3.5 star not a four star hotel. The Walls is then the content door slamming from the other gas is enough to drive one bananas, there is no Bellman, the front desk staff is not nonchalant. It must be a European thing, but there is no conditioner for one’s hair. Just a shampoo and the body wash.

Clean and fresh, staff friendly.

Would have liked a late night bar, also the queues for reception constantly long waiting. Long time to check in.

Quiet at night so we slept very well, good music for the afternoon and early evening The breakfast was fabulous The staff were polite and extremely helpful

Did not like the food offered pool side it was expensive and greasy tried a couple of different items at different times …. Never got better . Sent food back and still got charged for it.I’ve never sent food back ever and I’m 76 years old it was disgraceful

It was super clean, with a fresh smell, even by the various pools. Our rooms were cleaned down every day and we were given fresh towels. There was entertainment by both pools and we got to see a beautiful sunset from their roof top bar.

There could have been more food options from the bar area.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was excellent and varied, the room was clean and had daily service. The rooftop and DJ were amazing - overall, i had a really great experience.

There was a bad smell from the toilet which appeared after 2 days. And isolation of the rooms are not very good, we heard all the noise from the hall and nearby rooms.

Breakfast was amazing so much to choose from! Great views, good pool areas and music/djs around both pools. Would definitely stay here again

Parking is an absolute nightmare, spent a lot of time driving around looking for spots as that is where the free parking is and even still ended up getting a ticket so please be aware. 25 euro a night for parking with the hotel which is still a walk from the actual hotel

The property is located in a nice area. There are some pretty good restaurants nearby, the beach is right next to the resort, and the hotel breakfast had plenty of options.

Being 4 star hotel they dont offer room service, we wanted some ketchup at 10:30 pm in the nigjt and as the kitchen was closed the staff didnt give ketchup to us(which is still fine)In order to access rooftop bar you need to pay €20 per person per visit which is ridiculus, the drink we ordered (margarita and LIT) were diluted to the last drop so didnt enjoy the drink, they have a car parking with ample space but charge €25 per day if you want to park(which doesnt make any sense to me as the whole parking was empty abd people were struggling to find spot for public parking)

The staff and service is particularly excellent. A 5* hotel for the price of a 4*

The only thing is that it is a bit further out from San An and it is a bit harder to get a taxi, but this is also a benefit as you are further away from the mayhem

The rooftop was the highlight for sure.

First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, our room smelled like cigarettes. We requested a change and paid for an upgrade to a full sea view, but we only received a partial sea view despite the additional payment. One night, we asked for hot water for tea, but they told us they couldn’t provide it because housekeeping wasn’t available. On our anniversary, there was a leak in the ceiling, and I only noticed it when a drop of water fell on my face. We paid nearly $1,000 for a four-night stay and expected much more from our experience.

We love this hotel it has everything you need, so clean, amazing breakfast and great commun areas.

The breakfast varies everyday but would be nice to have a bit more consistency. The area is a little run down but seems to be improving and new places opening up
