The room was chic cheap. The air conditioner did not work. Some of the staff was just absolutely rude. Security guard made an uncomfortable scene. All security personnel were unfriendly and made the stay quite uncomfortable place to be.

Good location , friendly staff and good size room

Swimming pool was far too cold , couldn’t go in it . Tokens are ridiculous , just a way to scam money off customers . Room was also hot at times .

Nice breakfast, comfy bed, nice pool. Close to beach etc.

Thin front door. Can hear everything in the corridor as though it's in the room.

The location.

Don’t let this put you off the place. It’s an ok hotel, but i was on my own in a single room. You literally couldn’t swing a cat in it. I barely fit into the shower. I’m 5’10 medium build (honestly), but I couldn’t have a decent shower. I couldn’t actually turn in it. I was actually afraid I’d damage the door at one stage.

The facilities and location.

The noise from the corridors. When anyone was on your corridor talking, visitors or cleaners, or even the cleaners trollies, you could hear everything. On several occasions we got woken up by noise. There are security guards manning the noise, but often it is too late after the noise has happened. It seems there is no noise filter between the door and the corridor.

The welcoming was excellent with staff, rooms are great and clean Lovely environment But the some of the restaurant staff need ot expected including the thier diversity of people coming the hotel treat all equally.

Breakfast was excellent and staff, especially Maria was extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect location for the beaches.

The facilities are limited for a large hotel, especially the jacuzzi.

This hotel is pretty awful I’d advise everyone to stay away, it is not a 4 star it just about scrapes a 2 star. The all inclusive is not inclusive - be prepared to eat and drink out every day as the microwaved chips and nuggets are the most you could get.

1. The rooms are filthy, rubbish was not cleared throughout my stay.2. The bathroom has black tiling and stained all over including toilet seats.3. After flushing the toilet it returns the tissues an hour after (disgusting…never seen anything like it, possibly returning from other floors).4. The all inclusive is not all inclusive.5. All inclusive upgraded to premium was advised as will include all drinks, I upgraded and it did not include all drinks so had to downgrade.6. Glasses are not collected from the pool area you must return them yourself if you want another drink or pay for a new glass.7. The ‘all day buffet’ is chips burgers and chicken nuggets only. And mostly not available, I was offered chips heated in the microwave. 8. The all inclusive food is one hot meal, pre cooked steak and chicken, and a cold buffet. You must also queue for a drink as no waiting staff.9. The pool is not large enough to swim or even have a dip, that is even if you can get into it.10. The sunbeds are packed together like sardines you have to climb over one another.11. The staff do not care for the customers or the property.12. The manager is not interested and would not speak to me or any of my group when complaints were made.I could go on, book it you will find out for yourself. Be prepared to eat and drink out every day and go to the beach for a dip as none of the above are possible in this poor establishment. I’d be shocked if this hotel is still open in 3-5 years time.I’ve been to Ibiza 8 times and have stayed all over the island even in 3 & 4 star accommodation and i would recommend staying anywhere else but here.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel, and it met all our expectations. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. The food was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Special thanks to Zofia and Eva at reception, who were fantastic and really made us feel welcome.

The location of the hotel was good, close to the town beach.The staff of Spanish origin was pleasant

First we got an untidy room even though we paid extra for early check-in. Then the room was replaced. The shower in the new room leaked, so there was always a huge puddle in the room. The shower room was never cleaned from the beach sand that had collected there for 5 days.The food was very average quality, small selection that did not change from day to day. During our 5 days stay we never found anything healthy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Everything looked like untasty fast food.Horrible token-system to get a glass of drink at the all inclusive bar. Having an all inclusive wristband you cannot take a drink at the bar inside the hotel, nor can you take a drink by the glass - you have to pay extra for it. I understand such a system of plastic glasses for visiting the pool, but if you do not want to visit the pool, you are forced to sit in the heat in the street bar with only a plastic glass - this is a terrible level of service for a 4 star hotel. Very poor selection of drinks included in the all inclusive concept. Sparkling wine ran out in the bar on the 2nd day of our vacation, and it was never brought again.In the hotel is not organized entertainment evening program - no shows, dance and music groups. A few times in the afternoon music was played from the DJ console.The whole staff was unfriendly and tired, especially rude were the guards who looked into the bags, stared at the bracelets and gave the impression of constant tension.Only the staff of Spanish descent gave a smile and improved the atmosphere.We will not be returning to any of the hotels in this chain again.

Location was good

Food was terrible, my room was tiny and only had 1 single bed. It had a shower in what should have been a wardrobe and the view was of a bus station. Definitely expected more for over €200 a night

Brilliant vibes staff were amazing

Not that I did not like it! But it took me 2 days to get a iron was not the hotels fault juts other guest were not returning the iron mabey a ironing room could be possible to prevent this

We were there to party buy still felt ridiculous being over 21. Our fault, not the hotels, though.

The location was great, the staff was nice, the view was nice.

The room was not up to a 4 star hotel standard, although after bringing this issue up to management, it was corrected in a timely manner. Lots of british low life tourist were playing loud music in their rooms, running drunk through the hallways of the hotel, screaming profanities, and doing all sorts of shady stuff. I understand it is not entirely the hotel's fault, but it needs to be corrected. Perhaps security should be walking the hotel hallways instead of hanging out at the reception desk. The food was not great, but it was included in my package, so I'm not complaining about it. Overall, location and the view were the best features of the hotel.
