Beautiful property with the friendliest staff. Everyone from check in, valet, bartenders, waiters, bell hop, and more were so friendly and accommodating.

Service, breakfast & pool.

Gym is poor, looks great at first glance but in reality there aren’t enough weights and many of the ones that are there don’t work properly.

The hotel is very modern with quite a nice design. The breakfast had wide variety of choices.

The room was tiny without proper bathroom, there are separate toilet and shower, but the sink is in the room. The breakfast is quite overpriced for what it offers, despite good selection you need to pay extra for dishes. The area is not great with limited choice of good restaurants and beaches. We personally were not fans of the location.

Everything was good and amazing, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The service is excellent. Also the location is kind of far from the old town but I totally prefer to stay in San Antonio where the hotel is to escape from the traffic and be in a quiet place/area.

Beautiful design, very comfortable bed/mattress, and all the little things that truly made a difference. A minimalists dream.

I’m truly nitpicking here, but since I was staying alone, I would have preferred a full-sized duvet rather than the bedding being set up for two separate people. It’s a small detail, but it would have made the stay feel a bit cozier.

Nice room, the food at both the restaurants and the pool was excellent, and the pool area itself was also very nice. All in all, it’s a hotel that is definitely worth staying

Some aspects fell short of expectations for a five-star benchmark hotel, namely: (i) my check-in was delayed until 3:40 PM (a 40-minute delay, even though I had arrived at the hotel at 11 AM), and yet they still did not allow a late check-out, which is quite unreasonable given the delayed check-in; (ii) the gym is visually appealing, but everyone I saw working out (rightfully) complained that the equipment is poor and not functional; and (iii) at one point, I asked the concierge to call me a taxi back to the hotel, and they replied that they could not do so because it is not part of the service.

Everything, it was absolutely amazing. The staff, the hotel design, the breakfast, the rooms, the pool, love music. All was brilliant.

No real beach connection

We liked the sea view from our bedroom and the design of the room and overall aesthetic of the hotel. Cleanliness was good as well. Pools and breakfast spot was cute.

They said the AC was working but it never did in our room, you only get complementary water in single cans no bigger bottles. Bed could have been more comfortable, it felt too springy. Staff was friendly and lots of them everywhere but they also felt lost and when you asked for something they got it wrong or it took too long to get it. We order a late room service pizza one night and was very disappointed. Pizza was definitely a frozen one and though and hard. Drinks were good but crazy expensive.

The perfect hotel to spend our vacations, the qualified staff, an incredible buffet with a lot of choice, impeccable cleanliness. To highlight also the swimming pool, one of the most beautiful of the island, the Yoga in the mornings, something important to start your day relaxed! The Signature Spa treatment, something I highly recommend. Restaurant service, and extensive menu, with its Japanese-Mediterranean fusion cuisine. A PERFECT stay.THANK YOU OKU!

That I have to return to real life...

Staff were super attentive and it’s generally a really nice hotel.

The food, menus weren’t great but very pricy and not a lot of gluten free options

Breakfast was fantastic, atmosphere around the pool was good with a steady build up of the music level. Food in Oku restaurant was very good and the service and friendliness of the staff at the hotel was great.

Gym was had no fee weights and no pull up bar? Aesthetics over functionality. Yoga teacher was very average, but again, style over substance.

Loved the style and the interior. The staff was really attentive and helpful. Food and dining was great and lots of options at breakfast! The spa and wellness center were amazing as well

Good location, adult pool was really good, great DJ, valet staff were really friendly and attentive

Room didn’t have iron or bathrobes, reception staff were inattentive on occasions. Was annoyed that not only did we have to pay on arrival, rather than check out, we also had to put a €100 per night deposit for any hotel costs which took a large chunk of my spending money.

Really lovely hotel. Clean felt elite and great pool side vibes and staff were so helpful!

Beautiful room and resort, great stuft. We even received a free upgrade. Pool area and breakfast is fantastic.
