The breakfast was perfekt with many different food. Good bread and varied toppings. The hot food tasted good, and there were several cakes to choose from if you were in the mood for it. The service was also good.

The sauna and steam room in the Spa were not on. One of the jacuzzis was broken.

Basic hotel, but definitely not a four-star. Beds OK.

A labyrinth to get to your room - one elevator, walk two minutes through dark corridors, another elevator, walk to your room. Unclear parking instructions from staff, even though parking is free on the street overnight - how hard is it to tell guests that? Breakfast basic.

A very comfortable and well-maintained hotel, clearly cared for by the people who work there. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are genuinely welcoming. They take pride in ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. I would be happy to return here again. Great rooms that have everything. Everything was clean. Delicious breakfasts with a variety of food. Nice SPA and GYM.

12 min walk from train station, good & rich breakfast choices, my window on 5th floor was on the sunset rise/set, the room is lightened and well equipped with comfort equipment, cafe tea wine glasses.. loved my stay there, it.was one of my best experiences at all

The free parking wasn’t always available, needed to pass long time waiting and looking.

The only facility I had the time to use was the Gym, it was small but functional. The Spa seemed to be under renovation. The rooms were well equipped, quiet and clean. The man at the reception was very helpful and easy to talk to!

The breakfast did not seem to have good vegan (protein) options, just a basic cold vegetable sandwich and cereal. Not really healthy.

Rooms and the whole hotel temperature was cold. I was told that 1 sauna is in renovation but actually all saunas were closed. In spa only big pool and 1 jazzuzi was open. Spa was the reason I chose this hotel. Water pressure on the 4th floor room was low

Fantastic breakfast. Cozy spa, flexible staff and accommodations.

Sadly the spa and hotel were under renovation but cannot wait to see it once it’s done.The gym equipment could use a bit of care.

A good breakfast, very quiet, the cleanest bed linen, a hairdryer in the room, and an iron. But most of all, we were thrilled by the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. They were all free until noon. So, after breakfast, we had time to enjoy the water treatments before check-out. Perfect location: Close to Tom Tits and Torekällbergets Friluftsmuseum.

The actual room and the picture didn't match; it was an old picture.It was not possible to blind the windows, so we woke up with the sun.The shower cabin was missing one door.

Like my time there. Hope to have more options for breakfast

Pool and Spa had no staff. Cocktail bar was shut,

Hygienic standards , information about how to reach the room , lost between floors and elevators , spider on the ceiling in the room.

Hotel is under renovation, so a bit messy, interruption of warm water out of the hotel’s plan (I took cold shower one night, but the hotel offered the opened public spa showers - I personally don’t feel comfortable to take showers in public) and noisy (drilling machine afternoon). Room was to far to move 7 luggage, so I recommend to hotel to buy a luggage wagon or have some staff to support with the luggage.

I received a room upgrade for free, I was very pleased. The room is very comfortable: there are dark curtains, tea and coffee, an iron and a hairdryer, good bed and shower. I liked the spa

The hotel looks deserted, there is no staff in the spa, the bageri is closed. There were no special treats at breakfast the night before Midsommar. The hotel's decor looks poorly thought out.

Location was good, all other as expected.

Breakfast was quite low standard for hotels. Standard bread which you buy at supermarkets, standard cheese and ham from supermarket. Quite noisy on the street when I woke up.

It was too hot in the room. Since there wasn't aircondition we hoped for windows but you almost couldn't open window in our room.Staff was kind and helpful to give us a fan though! And we would come back here.
