The carpets outside the door in the hallway and on the stairwell needed a good steam clean

Quite clean, very nice apartment design, used washer and dryer. Pota and pans and cutlery with dishes all included.

The 2 twin beds should be joined together with a tie wrap because they came apart easily.

Big room with a lot of facilities

The rooms must be renovated, especially the doors and the windows. The windows are very cheap and you can hear everything. To be more carrefully to the cleaning part.

I was looking for a last-minute pocket-friendly accommodation, as I was scammed with my original booking. Very close to the city center, about 16min by metro. Bus and train also stops near the apartment. The reading lamps are very good as moodlights. The room I got was right beside the stairs, so I could skip walking across the hallway to the elevator. Good quality tumble dryer available with the washing machine. Quiet neighbourhood. Supermarkets nearby.

Huge security risk that the main entrance code is the exact same as my room code, so I had to go downstairs for my food delivery every single time. There was no couch opposed to the pictures, so very little living space, definitely no place for a drying rack. There's no sinkage in the shower, so the glass barrier makes no difference, half of the bathroom gets flooded with water with every single shower. I had to ask for a mop and bucket repeatedly, to the point of wanting to have my stay refunded and leave, because I insist cleaning after myself in an apartment, especially if I have to battle the shower water too. I eventually got it. This shouldn't take so many phone calls. No recycling available for guests, they promised to take care of it if I leave it upstairs. No extra bedding, no extra towels. Camera looking inside my room right above my door outside. No ramp available at the main entrance. The double bed is actually just two solo beds clamped together. The nightstands are very tiny. Curtain holder was half broken.

The location was great! It’s directly on the T (15 min to Stockholm central) and commuter train (7 min to Stockholm central) stop. The tram and multiple buses are close by. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants close by. The windows were big letting lots of light in.The internet connection was good.Basic kitchen supplies, a stove top, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, laundry, and dryer were provided.

It was very hot in the room in the morning during the summer. Small fans were provided, but only slightly helped. More outlets would have been nice. Cleaning was once a week and the time was discussed with the cleaners. The front doors were somewhat difficult to close, which resulted in guests sometimes slamming their doors, though many apartments were facing a quiet street.

Comfortable apartment, clean and cozy in great location to easily explore Stockholm. The Room was Big enough, Bright and well equipped! Stress free Check in and Check out! Highly recommended!

Apartment completely reached my expectations. It was nice, clean and cozy, exactly as on pictures. I would it recommend to anyone who is visiting Stockholm for a few days. Location is exceptional if you do not mind using the metro/commute rail public transport. There are cozy cafes, bars and 7eleven as well as affordable supermarkets (Lidl) nearby.

Apartment will offer you 'welcome package' (some sugar, oil, tee, coffee) to buy additionally. While it still is nice and not that expensive, it would be such a nice touch to have it by default, even if that means slight increase in the nominal price.

The room was cosy and spacious near the Syndbyberg central station just 15 minutes away from city center. The equipment was new and comfy. In general line nice.

The room wasn't really clean. It could ve really better. Also the demand to throw away rubbish a bit extreme...

I requested support to fix a window lock that was preventing the window from closing completely. The request was completed very quickly (in the next several working hours after request submission)

The window lock was broken.

The city centre of Stockholm is easily accessible and a shuttle bus stop to the airport is close by. Omnipollo is within walking distance if you like craft beer. Clean rooms and perfect facilities. Impeccable aparthotel. Absolute recommendation!

I had a little trouble with the water from the shower running down to the toilet.

Great neighbourhood 15min away to center, very quiet and comfy place, easy checkin and out, good quality for value, lots of space

Stove and cooking implements were very basic, window blinders didn't close fully well so light came in early morning

The room was clean and big; my daughter had enough space to play around. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to eat breakfast in the morning and I could also cook a soup for my daughter. The hotel was situated in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, with many restaurants and shops around. It took around 20 minutes to go the city center by T10 metro train. If you wanna get to or from Arlanda Airport, there is a bus station close to the accomodation - really comfortable.

It was perfect for our 3-night stay with a toddler. Spacious, clean, convenient.

Location to transit and supermarkets as well as an equilibrium distance between the city and apartment. This is my 2nd visit which again, did not disappoint me.

No freezer

The apartment was close to the subway, train, tram and bus stations, pretty clean and comfy during those few days of my stay. Facilities like dishwasher were so handy easy to use. Bathroom was also well-equipped.

The check-in process was a little bit challenging, and they kept sending messages in Swedish, I wish it was based on my language in Booking.com for example.

The location of the apartment complex is just amazing, it is near to all kinds of public transport and grocery stores. With a single metro you can get to the city centre pretty quickly, which saves a lot of time and also it is very convenient.

The cleanliness of the room was a bit questionable. The sheets had some hair on them and the bathroom door had some permanent brown spot stains on it. Also our windows were not able to open all the way and the sidewalk was right next to it, so it was a tiny bit uncomfortable. Other than these, if you're searching for a place to sleep after exploring Stockholm, then it's great!

Spacious & convenient to visiting my son & fiancé

Not enough pillows & not enough time.

The apartment was clean and in a quite good location, conveniently situated for easy access to the city center. It is also near the metro and train lines.

The TV occasionally turned on during the night, which was disruptive. The sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable and required an additional mattress. Furthermore, the bed itself was not particularly comfortable.
