Comfort, cleanliness, location and gentle staff.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel wasn’t too clean. There were multiple stains on the carpet and when we checked in there was some dog poop traces from the lobby to the elevator. No one has cleaned them for several hours until I went to the front desk and asked to. There were silverfish in the bathroom.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

Very clean, big room, lots of storage, great heating, awesome shower, able to open the window, fridge, nice chocolates as a gift, fresh and new, close to Aldi, Rossmann, trains, city center, 15-20min walk to beach

Some of the staff were minimal service minded, could hardly smile or be extra nice, this is typical polish but not ok in a hotel, the male reception staff was very nice though.

Breakfast was great, never ran out of anything for us, even though we usually came to eat just at the end of breakfast. The location was amazing, very close walk to Monte Cassino street and the seaside. Nice and tidy, well-equipped, good air conditioning, friendly staff.

The mattress in the double bed was actually 2 mattresses with thin mattress extra on top - the 2 mattresses tended to slide to the sides creating a gap in the middle - limits comfort when being there as a couple. The shower head holder wasn't working very well, needs fixing.

Staff not really helpfull, no information provided at the arrival. We came earlier than the due check in time and they didn’t even ask if we wanted to put down our bags

Public parking is near hotel entrance.Aldi shop is two minutes away.Hotel is new, room was spacious.

When i checked in, papers for me were not printed, assistant called someone and then it was sorted out. But it looked suspicious and took some time.Room was not cleaned during two nights stay. There is a sign which you intended to use to ask for it explicitly I guess, but it does not look fair for the price 200$\night.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, such as fresh linens, complimentary toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The location is also perfect — close to MOLO, restaurants, shops but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep.

Very good location, near the center and the sea. Clean, everything you need to have in the room.

Parking cost for hotel guests is very expensive. Breakfast too. Paid 70€ for 2 days parking and one breakfast for 2 people.

Location close to the main street and beach at 800 m, easy to rich by foot, breakfast variety, air conditioning, refrigerator innthe room, parking place

Forgot to change towels one day, otherwise nothing negativ. Very nice location.

The location is perfect 2 min walk straight on to the main strip full of restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was nice and modern.

The breakfast was nice enough food, however the room itself is in the basement and long and narrow. Not the nicest or most peaceful places to enjoy a breakfast. Minor gripe really.

Good location, on the end of main street in Sopot. You walk the street towards beach or molo. Good selection for breakfast.

Room service came only after three days. We have got a room in first floor with window to the street, quite noisy.

there was quite a lot of light coming from between the curtains and the wall, so woke up quite early

Astonishing, but i missed bacon to my eggs. Only downside

The hair-dryer in the bathroom was broken. The water-boiler worked, but barely. No good movie-channels on TV for an international public, only english news. If the equipment of the rooms were inventoried, the hotel would be outstanding

A great added convenience is the ability to take sandwiches and coffee to-go, perfect for exploring the city if you're short on time.The Staff is friendly and cooperative.

I wasn’t a fan of the espresso from their machine—it was too muddy for my taste. However, everything else was great!

Good transport links for trains , buses and Bolt. Within 13 miles of the airport . Bolt - £13 to the door

Noisy bin collections etc at the back of the hotel where our room was . Early wake up at 6 am because of it

Straight up from the pier on Monte Cassino street with a 10 min walk . A 3 min walk from the train station. And buses outside the door.

Noisy in the early mornings with bin Lorrie’s removing from the back of the hotel . Our hotel room was non road facing.
