The proximity to the wharf and beach

The staff was unprofessional, uncharacteristically negligent and dishonest. The night receptionist, lied about there being no parking available behind the hotel yet there were 2 spots available and Staff said handicap parking was free yet cost $35.

Great location, nice staff, okay room, rather large, good sized bathroom, but overall nothing special.

Value for money quite low. We paid a lot for a sea-front room in high season. Room was on a corner so we actually had only a partial view. Had to pay extra for absolutely everything, including parking and a big fee for every night our small dog was staying with us, even though it was not specified beforehand. Room service food overpriced and not very tasty.

I contacted the hotel couple of times about the double payment they deducted from my credit card and till now no answer and no refund!

Lobby service was excellent, the pillows were very comfortable, and the cocktails were delicious! The gym was nice, but a little cramped, especially with only one bench in the dumbbell area.

We ordered a king bed, but instead had two single beds. The shower head was not clean. The air conditioner was old and loud. Room service only answered once out of four days, so we had to order via the lobby.

Absolutely wonderful!The staff are lovely, the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beds are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool. The location is perfect - in the middle of everything but also out of the way.

Rude staff. Irresponsible and invompetent staff. Gave me gluten even though I have celiac disease and I said it 5 times. Swimming pool was so full that I left without even swimming or going to the jacuzzi, not to mention that the ''lifeguard'' is busy with his phone in the corridor and is absent at the swimming pool area all the time, and noone tells people to stop exchnaging intime liquids in the swimming pool. Disgusting experience. And ruined my health.

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The spa was great. The staff is very polite and professional. The room service food was delicious as well

It was an incredible place to stay I loved every bit of it especially spa -wet saunas and dry Just one thing that was slow -WiFi Or non existent-which I didn’t mind at times but if someone was there for a business trip it might not be enough

It was amazing ? everyone was so kind and helpful ♥️ we enjoyed a lot our stay ! Everything is just around the corner, beautiful sea view, delicious food and relaxing SPA. We recommend to everyone!

Breakfast was great, no wait times, extra menu to order from. Missing Cava/Prosecco

I had a fourth floor room with a sea view, which was beautiful. A nicely stocked mini bar, towelling robe, kettle (hooray) and a bath were all very welcome and made for a very pleasant stay.

Food menu within the hotel was a little restricted considering the size of the hotel, but there was a related restaurant nearby (but out of the hotel). Shower was a little weak. But overall I had a very nice stay.

I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience, though it falls short of the standards I've come to expect from the Marriott.The Good:The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely ambiance and well-maintained spaces.The breakfast spread is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes – definitely one of the highlights of my stay.The location is superb, especially for the summer season, with easy access to attractions and beautiful surroundings.I appreciated the pet-friendly policy; seeing so many dogs around added a warm and inclusive touch.Contrary to some reviews, I found most of the staff friendly and hardworking, with only a few instances where professionalism could be improved.

The booking a room with a child, the sofa bed provided was uncomfortable and not ideal for sleeping, which impacted the overall comfort of our stay.While the SPA facilities are excellent for adults, they are not child-friendly, making it difficult to enjoy them as a family.The pool was very cold, which limited its use, especially for children.In summary, the hotel has many great aspects, particularly the breakfast and location, but there are areas for improvement, especially for families traveling with children. While the staff generally do their best, a few lapses in professionalism stood out. If traveling with pets or during the summer, this hotel could still be a solid choice.

Excellent location, very professional, warm. welcome staff. Outstanding quality of customer service. Very impressive room preparation. Reception hall staff bar and restaurant recommendation very helpful, in addition quality of served food and table service excided even 6 *.

Weather in evening ...

Everything was good from the moment you entered the hotel. The personnel, especially Taras at the reception, were super nice and caring. The Christmas decorations created a real magic!

I've noticed that the variety at breakfast became worse. May be it was temporary but quite visible compared to last year

Our stay at Sheraton Sopot hotel was exceptional. It was my boyfriend's birthday and I asked to arrange for champagne. It was not only champagne but also most delicious cake with even a candle to be put on it. Honestly we couldn't imagine celebrating his birthday at better place. Everything from view, location , the spacious room, amazing bed, delicious breakfast, various restaurants, stuff was simply amazing. The SPA access during entire stay was also something that made our stay exceptional. SPA area is well equipped with various saunas, heated pool and very specious jacuzzi. We will for sure will be back as this was one of most relaxing and enjoyable stays we ever had.

Also the communication about spa closure was poor prior to arrival.During booking-no notification about spa renovations After booking-e-mail about spa closure (tried to cancel the booking bit got no reply). Didn’t take swimming costume because of closure.On arrival-was given a voucher to use grand hotel’s spa. Could not use it as had no swimming costume
