Hotel Opera

Great location. The hotel looked absolutely lovely in the winter scenery. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed during my stay in Sopot. I would definitely stay at Hotel Opera again!

Location in a woods. Room was very big and comfortable. Was warm. Big bathroom with shower. Water kettle was very helpful because it was cold outside. Parking outside. Very nice staff at reception.

Bed was not so comfortable, it was too soft. Pillows to thin. Breakfast was too expensive so we didn't take it.

Beautiful place to stay, great selection of food for breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s a calm, quiet, and beautifully located place — perfect for relaxation. The surroundings are peaceful, and the overall ambiance is very charming

Rooms are very small

Hotel is located in a lovely mountainous woods. The hotel itself seems to be an old german hunting lodge, therefore is very stylish inside, very artstic and decorated with wood. I really enjoyed the visuals of the hotel.

The only point that was lacking was lukewarm water in the shower and bath. I was looking forward to taking a hot bath but it was impossible. The water was lukewarm at best. I was not able to warm myself up and overall I felt cold after the shower.

I loved the location tucked up in the woods a short walk to town. Hiking/walking in the woods right out the front door was fantastic. Nice to have shampoo and bath gel supplied. Some of the staff was friendly.

WiFi wasn’t great. I could do everything I needed but it was slow and cut out occasionally but always came right back. Room was smaller than I expected but it worked out okay for me (solo).

Nice location, very quiet and green, fresh air, close to city center and seaside. Spacious rooms, fast wifi, bathtub availability, friendly stuff, and great selection of cold dishes for breakfast)

The hotel location is legend, it could be easily updated to 4 or even 5 stars with a proper investment and improvement. However, with 3 star service could be better. Lack of options for breakfast, lack of facilities, no 24/7 restaurant/bar.

Quiet place

The hotel is old and the furniture is old. The room has an unpleasant smell. The shower door does not close tightly and lets water in. Access to the bed is only from one side, the beds are made of foam mattresses. Breakfast is average. No one tells you that other options are available from the kitchen, you can only understand this from other guests. The staff is not pleasant and communicates only as much as you ask, they do not greet/say goodbye. The hotel area is neglected and it looks like it has not been maintained for several years. Very, very average hotel. I would not stay here again.

Nic and quiet location, breakfast was o.k. Pleasant staff. Pets friendly for fair price. Comfortable walking distance to the beach and centre of Sopot. Free parking.

Double bed had access only from one side.The jacuzzi was not working, the billiards was not available not much to do at the evening in the premises.

Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast with big choice. Lot´s of space for parking. Nice styled rooms and reception area. Location near to Opera Lesna. In walking distance (about 10-15 min) to promenade and sea. Very relaxing place in forest. We enjoyed.

Great location, close to the city yet extremely quiet spot. Huge room with a king-size bed.

No real issues, perfect for our short stay. TV standby light was very bright, had to cover it for the night.

The room was well appointed and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was well stocked with a good food selection. Parking on site was a plus.

Not close to Old Town. Need to take a taxi to bus or train station.

I've stayed at Hotel Opera several times and always had a great experience. I truly appreciate the pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, and great facilities. The hotel is well located in a quiet and peaceful area, which makes it perfect for studying or working. The added convenience of a parking lot is a big plus! I highly recommend this place and will definitely keep coming back

Loved the cozy place in the woods. Very close to nature and also close to the small city Sopot.

Location, staff, facilities.

No coffee maker in room.Hotel Opera allows guests to bring pets but unfortunately nobody cares about other guests comfort while dogs are noisy especially early morning.

Even though it seems a little isolated, I absolutely think that is what makes it so great. I imagine it is very easy to drive to the property. I walked from Sopot SKM Station, which is not far but uphill. It is nestled in the woods and very peaceful.

Beautiful and quite place. Very pleasant personnel.

1. Breakfast was good, but by my opinion slightly overpriced. 2. There was no hairdryer in my room.
