    Pros +

    • The room is nice, but it would help to arrange more space by removing some furniture that is not needed. Breakfast provided a good choice; however, the hot part was not as warm as it should be. There are plenty of places where a good quality breakfast can be purchased for 1/3 hotel price.
    • We loved the location of the hotel - near the train station and at the start of the main street, close to all the cafes, restaurants and shops, very handy. The room as nice and clean.
    • Clean & nice rooms.Pretty lobby.

    Cons -

    • breakfast price
    • Hotel hosted a party in the restaurant until 2.30am that was incredibly loud that we could not sleep. We were moved to two different rooms higher up but it was still so loud that the room was shaking, but they would not turn it down. We were shocked a 5* hotel would allow this, and we ended up getting barely any sleep as a result.
    • The noise from the street.

This was our second stay at Rezydent Hotel with my husband. We chose to come back because of the perfect location and the very friendly staff, even though we already knew from our previous stay that there can be street noise. As a light sleeper, I requested a quiet room a few days before arrival, but unfortunately we did not get one. On our last day, the staff kindly offered to change our room, which was a nice gesture, although not very practical for just one night. I hope that on our next stay we will be able to get a quiet room.A big shout-out to all the staff, from reception to the restaurant and the wellness area. Everyone was truly kind and welcoming.

    The noise from the street.

Comfortable beds and great pillows. Very good breakfasts. Very friendly service in the restaurant.

Not all receptionists enjoy their jobs, which is unfortunate because they work in a beautiful place. The lady with the glasses is unsympathetic and aloof, unlike the male staff, who are always helpful and generally pleasant.

The lobby and entrance were aesthetically pleasing, the location was convenient, and the lady at check-in was polite and helpful.

The superior room we booked was unsafe and unusable (pillar and sloping ceiling made it impossible to access the bed),We asked to be moved to another room and, as the hotel was full, were downgraded to a basic room. Unfortunately, this was also far from ideal, with an uncomfortable lumpy bed, a broken hairdryer, and a minibar that gave off heat rather than keeping items chilled.Service in the restaurant and bar was equally disappointing, with tables left uncleared staff inattentive and unhelpful. This is not the standard one expects from a 5-star hotel — at the very least, compensation for the downgrade and an apology for the poor service should have been offered.Furthermore- we have just seen the hotel response - and feel that we need to clarify that our card details were pre-authorised on check-in- but when we asked for our two drinks to be charged to our room, we were told that we could not do this, baffled we explained that the card details had been pre-authorised and please could they check with reception- this is when we were told rather rudely "do it yourself", I would have expected the bar staff to be more helpful to the customer, it is strange that they could not charge the drinks to our room because after we left we were notified that we had been charged 4zl for a bottle of orange juice out of the mini-bar this was deducted from our card no problem! Clearly there is something wrong with your processes, when a card pre-authorisation at reception does not filter through to the bar/ restaurant and as you say if our card was in fact not pre-authorised - therefore, why did you charge 4zl without our confirmation first- it does not make sense the pre-auth, only seems to work when it suits the hotel not the customer!

Overall, I really appreciated the design of the hotel—it was modern, stylish, and well thought out. The central location was also a major plus, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The reception staff were welcoming, positive, and professional, which made check-in and other interactions smooth and pleasant. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and the housekeeping team in particular stood out—they were not only thorough but also genuinely friendly and helpful. The spa was another highlight of our stay. The facilities were relaxing and well-maintained, the staff were warm and attentive, and we had an amazing massage experience that really added to the overall enjoyment of our visit.

Unfortunately, our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. One of the staff members made disrespectful remarks about our group within earshot and was notably rude to one of our members, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. There was also a lack of clear communication regarding the restaurant’s no-pet policy. While we were unaware that pets were not allowed, the issue was not our misunderstanding, but how it was addressed. A staff member abruptly raised her voice at us in front of other guests, which felt inappropriate and unnecessarily confrontational—especially in a setting that presents itself as a five-star establishment. The breakfast was also below expectations. On several occasions, the food did not appear fresh—for example, the sausages were bland and watery, lacking any real flavor. Finally, sleeping at night was nearly impossible due to excessive noise from outside, including shouting and car racing. While this may be beyond the property’s direct control, it had a serious impact on our overall comfort and experience.

Staff welcoming, Maesk from reception and other staff during day shift

Way too expensive for the rate, night reception. I have been stayed at few MGallery but this is the worst value for money, room way too small and too cheap taste for £300 a night. AC is worst, room smelly and my wife gir bed bug bites in morning
