The eggs and omelette for breakfast were terrible. the cooking was so bad that we didn't want to go to the restaurant for dinner.

Crinkly plastic undersheet mattress protectors on both main bed and child's sofa bed. These are noisy, sweaty and seemed unnecessary considering they were on top of a thick fabric mattress protector. Also bananas in the breakfast buffet brown and tired looking, no alternative available when asked

Amazing location, short walk from the beach. Lovely shaded gardens, which were perfect for relaxing away from the heat. Very comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Great wardrobes.

The food was not great, which is a shame as it would have been so convenient to eat there through our stay. Breakfast was delicious but very limited a la carte options. The staff were discussing guests between themselves which I would rather not hear.

- friendly and helpful hotel crew- nice design, comfortable room - tasty breakfast - really comfortable and clean spa area, good massage- for me it was a perfect location (close to the beach and 10 min walk to the city center)

- too soft pillows- small variety of breakfast options - TV turns on automatically once you use the card in the room- I'm surprised that there were no birthday greetings from hotel on my birthday

You need to book SPA before use it. We were informed that we should inform reception 2-3 hours in advance to prepare it! But when we decided to use SPA, we were told that it is taken mostly till the end of the day.

We were staying here for the second time, so it became really familiar for us. Brilliant location - just few minutes walk to sea side. Really tasty breakfast - you could choose from special breakfast menu (different types of egg dishes, waffles, pancakes, oatmeal). Helpful stuff and spacious room with comfortable bed. Private time in spa is also included in stay price - really great extra bonus for stay.We really felt all small details, so we believe that all those stars is kindly deserved.

Very nice Hotel with short distance to the beach. We booked a standard room but it was like an apartment. We could rent bikes without additional fee. Very friendly stuff.

We missed a small table for the balcony.

A very nice and well decorated hotel. Very convenient location. Good menu. Bicycles, deck chairs and others available for hotel guests. Very nice SPA.

Incomprehensible rules for assigning parking spots (at a hotel or other facility in neighbourhood). One man working as a waiter in the restaurant and a bartender in the lobby. Our room was a door next to the children's playroom. Children throwing toys and screaming very much in the room and it is a nuisance.

Great location - close to sea front and a short walk to Sopot centre. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Fantastic breakfast with a range of dishes cooked to order, salads and different breads.

Thermostats in our rooms kept locking everytime we returned to our appartment, needed to call reception each time to unlock, hence 9 not 10

Location was superb

It was definitely not a 5* hotel. Bar opened only until 8pm, reception refused to sell me wine at 8:30, bar was only just a bar without really any seating space. No swimming pool. Not worth the money. Room was ok but small.
