Great location, great spa. All the staff were helpful and friendly especially Marta and Adrian. Would definitely recommend this hotel if going to Sopot

We booked for a weekend away from kids. It was a great choice. Cozy rooms, nice deco, although a bit overdone.Good breakfast food. Nice gesture with Christmas sweets.

Overrated: fitness roomPoor: breakfast drinks (coffee, juices) we very poor quality, what’s unacceptable for a 90zl/ 20€ breakfast. 2nd day we had breakfast outside due to that.

The hotel is beautiful. Very well located. Swimming pool and spa section are great. Breakfast was superb

There is a problem with parking. Option for 100 PLN is misleading where you have to find a spot to park and it’s not always available. However, there are some street parking option right outside the hotel where you pay less

The garden, the breakfast buffet, the room

You need to have a better cleaning routine, the steam sauna was completely full of bacteria and fungi, also the water drain had a lot of hair and I am very sure that in the 7 days I was there they did not clean it. For such a delicate place, it requires daily cleaning routines for many reasons.

I was working and the WiFi was great. Hotel had great amenities and the room was really comfy. Great location too - only two mins to the beach and not far from lots of restaurants.

The spa/sauna was only open from 1pm until 8pm, which meant I couldn't use it much. Would have been nice if it were open in the mornings or later at night. It would also be good to have better hairdryers - the ones they have are very weak and take 40 minutes to dry your hair.

The bar was small and the quality of alcohol and drinks/cocktails was not good enough. F.ex. they had only cheap prosecco and the quality of cocktails they prepared could be better. The bar itself is old and small and it's right next to the reception. Gym is basic, and that's ok, however, it is unattended in the mornings before SPA area is open and there is no air inside and no remote control for A/C is available.

Breakfast was good.

It was too overpriced, 250€ for a tiny basic room without breakfast. The room was cleaned only once during the 4 nights stay. It was not possible to darken the room for the bright mornings and the rising sun woke us up. The pool was really small. It would have been great if the room would have a place for drying the towels after swimming. The hotel took 300 zlty / 72€ deposit to use the mini bar. However, the funny surprise was that the mini bar was completely empty.

Decent restaurant and close the beach.

Room had lots of dog hair and housekeeping was unavailable. Front desk was unprofessional and I had to vacuum my own room. Not the best Father’s Day experience.

Nothing was an issue

Everything was fine: stuff was very friendly, modern and nice design, comfortable beds.

Unfortunately the spa area was a disappointment. Two small saunas for such a large hotel. Plus only two loungers in the rest area. We chose this hotel because of the nice looking spa area in the pictures but unfortunately we could not use it because there was not enough space for us.

Location is super nice, beautiful area around and 2 mins from the sea. Quite calm and quiet area of Sopot, ideal for autumn walks.

The bed was like 2 beds put together, sleep in the middle was rather uncomfortable. Quite much sound in the room from tubes, not the best sound for relaxation.

Large modern and comfortable appartment, breakfast

All good, very nice place and close to the city, walking though the park till zopot it s a real pleasure.Little spa but with a nice garden and cozy atmosphere, no caos, no noises. Very nice indeed.

The price for the dog (I have a little poodle of 4kg) it's the highest ever seen, 100 slote (the structure didn't mention the price in their website) roughly 25 euro per night is the only real flaw of the hotel.
