Very nice place, the hotel is right next to the beach.

The middle part of the bed is sunken in, the water pressure in the shower is a joke, and the service was dramatic - during breakfast, the waitress cleaned our table by sweeping the previous guests' leftovers onto the floor, and then left a bottle of cleaning fluid between the plates with our food before walking away.

The hotel is situated in a great location right next to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The SPA facilities are great and the rooftop swimming pool is the cherry on the cake. The personal of the hotel did everything to make our stay exceptional. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely choose this hotel next time we are in Sopot.

There are only two small jacuzzis outside; it would be nice to have a normal outdoor pool.The rooftop pool is 27°C, a little cool.Unfortunately, the two outdoor jacuzzis are connected, so if you turn on the bubble function in one, it will also start in the other.We left our shoes on the hotel terrace (we went down to the beach) and when we came back, they weren't there. We asked the staff and the reception twice about them, and they said they didn't know anything about it. We were surprised that someone would take used shoes. The third time we asked them to check the camera footage to see what happened, they brought them out from a room next to the reception. Apparently, they didn't take the first two inquiries seriously.

Perfect location. The spa was nice and perfect for Sauna and then a dip in the ocean. Breakfast was amazing and you ordered your omelette or what you like from the kitchen at your table. Restaurant recommended also for lunch or dinner. Nice comfy beds. Shower in the room was not great. Friendly staff.

Beans were served only once for breakfast. Coffee cups were a bit small, i like it large

We stayed from Tuesday through Friday in mid-May. We had a particularly beautiful room on the second floor with a sea view and a one of the largest balconies in the whole hotel, which was fabulous. The spa was great and generally quite empty. It had outdoor and indoor whirlpools, two main heated pools indoors, and a very nice sauna area with steam room. Fantastic breakfast and good (though overpriced) drinks in the nice lounge area.

You can tell that the hotel gets very crowded in high season and on the weekend. Breakfast on the last day, which was a Friday, was quite packed and chaotic, therefore not as nice. Perhaps it doesn't feel so jammed when people are more able to use the outdoor space (it was simply too cold and rainy while we were there). We really liked that the hotel was a bit secluded, but it's about 20 minutes to walk into the center of Sopot, so it's not for people who want to be in the middle of the action. We took Uber to get around, which worked fine.

Everything, we have stayed here before nearly 3 years ago for 6 days as a summer holiday so knew how amazing the hotel is. We had been touring round Poland by trains for 2 weeks ending in Gdansk and added a day to treat out selves to massages and all the facilities the hotel offers which included dinner in their lovely restaurant.

Very very nice place - the one you instantly want to come back to! Me, my wife and our teenage kids really loved it. Rooms are super nice, the sea view is outstanding. Breakfast is one of the best we have ever experienced, great choice and everything was super fresh and tasty (including delicious coffee!). The pools and jacuzzi are superb, too. Overall, we were very happy with our stay - and this will be our #1 choice next time we're in this area!

Perfect location, great breakfast, architecture and the design of the building. The staff was very friendly.

Jacuzzi outside was broken. Jacuzzi inside didn't work. Half of the saunas also were closed for some period of time. Maybe I was unlucky this time, but as I came there mostly for the SPA center that was upsetting. Shower tube in my room wasn't fixed properly and was falling constantly on the floor.

The location is really nice, close to the seaside yet close to the center of Sopot. Nice wellness center and comfortable beds. I liked the design of the hotel

The breakfast was ok but nothing special, I expected something better, we waited quite some time for the table, it was very narrow to between the counters, there was just a normal toaster for 2 toasts (like the one you have at home) so it took forever to get your toast. The doors in the bathroom and room were heavy and they made a lot of noise so you could here all you neighbors coming back to the room / going out from it. I had higher expectation from this hotel to be honest.
