Hotel Villa Baltica

The hotel staff was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing. The location is superb.

Elevator did not work. Bed linen and bed itself could have been better

Fabulous staff, so kind and nice, positive and happy with great energy. Well cleand facilities, comfortable bed, lovely bedsheets, amazing breakfast. Which you can even buy when you are not a hotell guest, lovely coffe mashine. A water cettle in the room, great view, close to everything, avaliable parking just outside. Just 10 steps from the beach. We will stay there again.

Location was ok. Not as convenient as in the town where i had stayed earlier. Close to beach if that is what one wanted.Good breakfast but would suggest labelling or identifying food. Reception staff could be more helpful

We chose this hotel because it had a spa and a sauna. The massages were ‘full’ and thus unavailable for the three days we were there and the sauna was only free once. When we did go, it was extremely hot and unbearable and we were charged for an extra person. We also wanted to spend time with our daughter and there was no place to sit and visit other than our bedroom. No foyer and restaurant was not available at supper time. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this hotel as there are a plethora of better ones in this area

The location was nice. The breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely restaurant. Our apartment was very spacious and elegant…

…although some kitchen amenities would be a nice touch. In an apartment this big, why not give the guests access to microwave/stove? There were some cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The staff was mediocre and we had to wait some time to check in as the receptionist was closing the hotel - which is totally understandable- but there was no ‘I will be right back’ note or any bell to announce our presence.

Very good breakfast. Breakfast till 11:00! Clean and nice hotel with terrace. Hotel parking (paid). Only 20m to the beach.

Room door with poor noise isolation from the corridor (we could hear people from the opposite room talking). Very small standard 2-bed rooms with limited storage.

Very nicely located hotel, in the old part of Sopot between the trees and old stylish villas. Very chill area, some 50 meters from the beach/sea. Located nearby walking and cycling path. Quite some parking places around the hotel (we stayed in November; in summer season this may be different) and the hotel has private parking. Nice large room, clean hotel, nicely renovated bathrooms and good beds.

We found the temperature setting of the (air)heating way to hot. Our room was set to 32 degrees (!?!) and we had to open all the windows to make it reasonable. For breakfast one can easily wear shorts and a thin t-shirt. It was unreasonable warm while it was +1 degree (C) outside. The staff appeared very formal. Maybe suffering from heat....

No kettle and coffee or tea at the room :-(Very noisy outside from early morning as delivery van was coming at 6.30!

My room was too small (in reality it was a single room, not a double one. The bed was very wide for one person, but not for too.The bathroom a bit claustrophobic.I did not book the hotel parking in advance - it was a mistake as there were no free places.

Single beds for adults too small. second day breakfast has been chosen by staff not even give choice to choose from ! including approaching during the walk demanding 7am to be for breakfast. The employee of the hotels should do that as made us feel not wanted. The hotel is do not want to provide full paid service if they can't meet the needs should not take bookings for that day.No tea coffee facilities in the room

Room deco was quite neat, and bath room is super nice glass box with big bathtub. The breakfast was buffet and it was amazing, and the owner was super friendly.

My room key chip didn't work for the second day, and for bathtub it was limited the temperature but it was not hot enough for a nice bath.

Very clean. Excellent location. Wonderful people, very understanding and always willing to make that extra step to make you stay even more wonderful. I will be back.
