Perfect location, good quality breakfast.

Little selection for a breakfast, ordered room with a bath and got with a shower.

Location, room decor and the "little touches" like chocolates and the daily carpet change in the elevator, good decor and always very clean. Good choice of tea and coffee in room. Bedding was excellent as were towels. Perfectly clean with friendly staff. Quiet.

Reception area dark and very "closed in" with the desk enclosed in a screen. VERY strange idea of having bathroom open to view with shutters outside in the bedroom able to be opened at any time. This was very strange. Breakfast was OK, for the money would have preferred more choice, value didn't seem good here.. coffee was very good.

GREAT location. Across the street from beach and pier. Next to many restaurants and shops. Less than 10 minute walk to train station.Lovely room and very clean. Super comfortable bed and pillow. Good towels.Nice people at reception desk.Very good Thai restaurant on street level.

Booking.com charged extra €20 for a room with twin beds and we got a room with only one bed. We figured it out after we had completing unpacked, gone out for several hours, got back at midnight and were tired and just wanted to go to sleep. No top sheet on bed - only heavy down comforter.Twice our card key stopped working and the front desk just gave us a new one without checking identity or verifying that was really our room number. Identity check it would have been nice to feel more secure.

It was very clean and the rooms were nice.

On the description it said ot was beach front which it's not so that's was a bit annoying.

Location is fantastic. Staff was exceptional.

They should put more clearly that you need a reservation for parking. I was able to get parking next door for a decent price, but the hotel has very limited and tight parking.

Location , room and food

Parking issues and a four star should provide in a resort and not charge for it. Unfortunately though during booking it is available but after booking it isn’t

Excellent and very specious room, superb location and exceptionally kind personnel – with Monika going above and beyond to help with everything I asked for and having great extra offers. Definitely recommend free of charge hotel sauna. Had a fantastic stay!

Perfectly located in downtown Sopot in the immediate vicinity of restaurants, shopping, and other attractions, as well as the famous pier (Molo).

It was a nice clean and modern hotel.

The mini bar was quite expensive, but luckily there a quite few shops locally.

Outdated, broken bathroom equipment, water leaking everywhere, breakfast very medium as well, too expensive for what you get.
