The hotel is located close to the beach (100 m) and the bus–tram terminal, which makes it convenient to reach the city center by public transport for sightseeing, as well as to travel easily to Sopot and Gdynia. Very friendly staff at the reception. The hotel breakfasts were tasty, the room was clean, and the spa area (pool, saunas, gym) was also available. The hotel restaurant Winestone serves very tasty dishes.

During our stay, the hotel was quite busy, and some guests did not respect the quiet hours after 10 p.m., and you could hear it a little through the walls.

Nice, clean room. Helpful staff, and they offer really cheap meals in their resturant.

There was some noice, and a lot of children.

Everything was perfect

Great location 5 mins from beach and overlooking park. Balcony in room was lovely. Cleaners excellent.Breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful -prepared breakfast box for our early start. Great to have sauna and swimming pool.

Carpet in bedroom needs steam cleaned -121.Steam room was broken when we were there. Swimming pool quite crowded at times and quite murky looking?

Location was good and staff was fairly friendly. The indoor pool was the main reason we booked, and the sauna, while not fancy by any standards, was nice to have.

The rooms are very basic and underwhelming. The bedding/towels are thin. Because of poor weather we opted to eat in the hotel restaurant and this was a mistake. It left the impression that there is no cook there, just the regular staff heating up packaged food (or similar). It was very bad.

Cleanliness in the rooms needs to be improved. Walls and carpets quite dirty. Needs a good deep clean. Sheets were not clean upon checking in (stains not washed off, mattress cover was dirty/used). They were changed immediately. The staff were apologetic and acted quickly.

Proximity to the sea gives extra points, but other than that - comfortable room for the whole family, dogs allowed, something to do if to stay in a hotel for a bigger part of the day

I'd appreciate to know the final proce of a stay before booking - some additional fees were added at a time of checking in (f.ex. parking fee), so overall a stay costed more then planned

Breakfast was very good – a wide selection and tasty; plenty of space in the hall. Perfect for a beach holiday (it was raining during our stay).

The room was too small for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children).

- Pool and spa was great to keep the kids occupied. You can come and go to the pool as much as you like, which was great.- walking distance to beach and Sopot pier- breakfast and restaurant was good food- staff friendly enough

- Thought it was a bit of a rip off that parking wasn't included in the price of our stay (and it's not cheap at 80zl per day)- Try and get breakdast included as its expensive if you pay on the day. At least they had a good selection.- The double beds are very small.

Way too many children, it was not advertised as a family hotel but basically most of the visitors had small children. While this was not an issue in most situations, they were quite noisy in the evenings and at breakfast. Most importantly, the spa area was unusable due to so many children being there constantly.

Great location, nice spacious garden. Very nice and helpful staff.

Dated room really in need of refurbishment, shower curtain had yellowish stains, shower head was loose and the water temperature was changing during shower. The parking fee is expensive and overall cost is not adequate to the standard of this Hotel.

Close to the beach and friendly stuff. We asked for a late check out and we got it 2 hours later than it was ( 11,00 am).

The cards to enter the room stop to work the day after so I had to run 3 times to the reception to get new once’s .Bathroom felt outdated but overall clean. Breakfast was decent but not great. I was ready to go to the gym at 6,00 in the morning but they opened at 8,00 which was a bit odd considering it’s a very small gym and you had the key to enter. The restaurant was ok, food tested ok but very poor presentation and quite pricey.

Very helpful staff, amazing food, breakfast had a lot of vegan options and a juicer!

The pool was constantly busy with either families with kids or aqua classes, other wise really good

Enjoyed the hotel. Great for kids, it has a playroom, out door facilities in the summer and some indoor games, such as foosball, which my kids loves. I never managed unfortunately to use the swimming facilities, but will try next time.Location is great, enjoyed the park and beach with my child.Very good cleanliness, which is important to me.I was also able to open my hotel window / outside door for some fresh air, which is very nice.Staff was very nice and made us feel welcomed.

NOT a dog friendly property

I cancelled because I was treated like a second category customer from the moment I arrived because I was with a dog. A property unfriendly to dogs should not be listed as pet friendly. I was told to wait until they figured out where I was allowed to go, it transpired I could not go anywhere with a leashed, well-behaved dog and the coffee was a special arrangement. I have not checked in yet. Then a large older man made a monologue, as if to a troublesome drunken half dressed female, that dogs must be muzzled at all times because there are children on the property and the by-laws say so. Without waiting a second for any reply the man left. I paid for the coffee and left the property to check in elsewhere. I had a feeling the property was not safe for single women. I would have to pay a large fee for the dog (not proportional to the room price). Please do not list dog unfriendly properties as pet friendly. Had I known this was a place for families and small children only, I would not book a room. I was not refunded for the booking. I think the property is lying to customers about being dog friendly.
