Sopotorium Hotel & Medical Spa

The room was very nice and clean. The people at the reception fulfilled all my wishes. Very good breakfast.

Public transport could be better organised in the city, half an hour apart waiting by bus. Good for those who love to get around on foot.

We asked for double bed instead we got two single beds combined as one...Basic equipment in the room, no milk nor sweetener for tea or coffee, room service for 20 plan a pop

Really nice, cozy hotel as always. It is my go to hotel in Sopot and it has never disappointed. The staff is really kind and helpful. I was upgraded for free to some lovely rooms with balcony, nothing to complain about. The swimming pool area is quiet in the morning so you can have a good swim before breakfast. Varied breakfast.

It was cold in the rooms and no heating (yet) so they offered me a heater - it did its job.

The staff were very friendly and nice. The room was very comfortable and a good size. Access to the spa was included in the stay.

It's a bit of a walk to the centre of Sopot and there's not too much to do nearby, although it is close to the beach. The room was quite warm and we didn't manage to figure out how to turn on the aircon.

Very clean, spacious hotel with amazing food at the restaurant. The staff was nice and welcoming.

The only thing that was not comfortable was the extra bed added to the room, the bed was very hard with a super thin mattress.

Very tasty breakfasts and dinners. Nice pool and spa area – we really enjoyed it!

The towels and bathrobes are quite worn and clearly past their best – replacement is definitely needed.

The price does not match the quality. The website says the hotel is located on the first line, but in reality, it's far from the sea...actually behind a campsite. You can't see the sea from any windows. In the rooms, cleaning only consisted of taking out the trash. Towels were not changed, no matter how I folded them according to the instruction...they were still not replaced. In four days, no vacuuming, no bed made. The pool is small, but the water is salty ( it is nice)To get a treatment, you first have to consult with a therapist and pay separately for the consultation. “Consultation” is a big word for what it was. The woman was pretentious and didn’t really consult but just tried to sell me more services. After such a consultation, I declined the procedure. But I still had to pay for the sales pitch.THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

A very clean and comfortable room—the hotel upgraded the room class to deluxe for free, which was a pleasant surprise. ☺️ It’s very close to the sea and within a short walking distance to the Sopot Pier, as well as near Ergo Arena. A great hotel for a relaxing stay!

Location, facilities and food

We asked for double bed, which was made out of two twin beds, but without the top mattress. Very uncomfortable for our 8 yrs old to sleep between.

This was my second time staying here. Everything was perfect! Quite, clean, amazing spa! I particularly like that they have unlimited spa time included, a lot of other hotels don't do it so it is a deal breaker for me.

Hotel exceeded our expectations! We really enjoyed SPA facilities, massages and staff’s kindness & professionalism. Truly recommend!

Tiny things such as poor quality of bathrobes (both with holes) which were replaced without any issues. Besides that, everything was perfect!

The best place to stay in Sopot. Everything was perfect, the room, facilitates, food, staff, cleanliness. The hotel is placed in the perfect spot, surrounded by the beautiful green and quiet neighborhood. The wellness centre, which was included in our stay was amazing. Finally, to our surprise, the room was upgraded for the one with a terrace, which made our stay even more perfect.
