TeoDorka Med & SPA

My room was huge with the balcony overlooking green fields of a riverside. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and a little run in the meadow behind the building. The bathroom had a huge shower and a lot of space so my friend and I coloured our hair. We went to the spa and had massage and nails done. Great girls trip for relaxation and treating yourself a little.

The location; the staff / reception; fantastic very rich breakfast, soups for lunch, delux room with balcony (no 312) with a calming view over the fields by the river

That you need to pay extra for parking (30pln) and for jacuzzi (30pln). It is Better to drive to another place to use swimming pools/ solanka poolRoom could be cleaned a little Better (spider web, mold starting in the shower)

The sauna was smelling very bad and it’s difficult to talk with the staff in English, they don’t understand so we have used the translate

Food was good quality.

No A/C, dirty shower mat, shower didn’t drain properly-overflowed. In a five night night stay the room was cleaned once. Spa facilities downstairs were poor: jacuzzi broken. No patio like in description, but people on the balcony next door could see straight into your room.

Far from the town, AC did not work during my stay while outside temp was 90F so the room was like an oven

Clean, new and fresh equipment

It is a very noisy place, and because the room walls are very thin, you can hear all the sounds in the adjacent rooms, which is very uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep because of the noise the day I stayed. This money is not worth staying in this kind of place

It was calm and quite. It was cheap for a night's sleep. The breakfast was ok.

The tiles on the bathroom floor were loose, which raises the question of how hygiene can be maintained.

We had a very pleasant 2-day stay in TeoDorka Hotel & Spa. The place is modern and well-appointed. It is located a bit off the town of Ciechocinek, a fair distance for daily walks or biking. We got spacious room with terrace access. Breakfast, part of the room price, was very tasty and rich, containing number of hot dishes and vast selection of other specialties, topped with a good coffee. We used various of spa treatments available on-site. We certainly recommend TeoDorka Hotel & Spa

There was an extra fee for parking and, so called, climate fee, not included in the room price.

Room was a great size. Power sockets in all the right places. Breakfast was good. Hotel was quite modern and good looking. All the employees were nice and friendly. Can’t fault that.

Water leaked out of the shower cubicle like something chronic, there was also signs that the hotel is due a refresh soon.

Outside sauna with a view, spacy room, very comfortable beds, friendly personnel. Good breakfast.

Jacuzzi not working. Extra fee for parking was a surprise as the parking fee notice was very hard to find in English Language’s small print. Remote location outside city. By car very convenient less then 10 minutes, but it would be a very, very long walk from the town center.

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of hot dishes as well as cold salads and spreads. Our room was spacious and included a balcony. Within easy walking distance to the river and located in a peaceful setting on the outskirts of town.

Shower head wasn't functioning well but we didn't even care to bring it up with the staff so they have no way of knowing.

Quiet and beautiful place to visit . Great for biking and they have a bikes for rent. Spacious and very comfortable and clean apartments with huge bathrooms and big balcony with beautifulview. Delicious and tasty breakfast , wow . Great for family and friends vacation, few minutes from the city center but totally not in the city. Really worth to stay there. There is nice spa and coffee bar with the pub too. The best people are working there. So nice, helpful and awesome. Thank You ❤️❤️❤️ !!!

*inside jacuzzi - it had a very specific smell that after 20min I had a headache - not chlorine smell - I do not recommend*extra non refundable charge for the robe *far from city centre - each time we had to take the car to go to town as it was bit far to walk

Was very hot on our arrival and air-conditioning wasn't work and reception did not respond.

The SPA procedures are nice, the massagists are friendly.

- You pay additionally literally for everything. Even go to sauna costs +15zl/hour per person, which was never mentioned during our stay but came as a surprise on our check-out bill. Eventually, by the end of your stay you pay twice as you paid during the reservation via booking.com . Such facilities as sauna ( not a specific procedure, but just to go there) or pool, you normally consider free of charge as they come included into your nightly rate, and it was quite disappointing to realize that you were charged for that. Also, due to corona restrictions they allow only 8 people at once in their "wellness" area, so if you don't reserve an hour in advance you may never get there. We didn't reserve an hour for the next day to go to wellness area, and we couldn't go there during the whole next day because it was all booked already.- It is not particularly clean in the rooms. For example, there were red female panties in the corner of our room, not very clean in the bathroom either.

Staff is doing what they can but the premises aren't clean enough, the ala carte food in the evening is amazing but during the day it's extremely poor and disappointing. There is absolutely nothing, totally nothing for people with food intolerances. I will never visit this place again.

Filthy bathrooms, cleaned only where you can see the dirt, taps, shower head and shower screen is extremely disgusting. Only one person at the reception for entire hotel. No fridge, no safety box, no kettle in the room. Nobody is asking visitors to wear face covering, guest walk around the food area with no protection. Perhaps they have no corona virus over there since it's "only "20k cases per day in Poland.

It was good but next time I would clarify few items before staying

Some dishes were left over from day before First day I got there breads were not fresh Shower curtain was very dirty I do have a pictures of it and furniture was dusted Water bottles supplied only for first day -small touch I also was surprised to pay for parking in the middle of feeds property SPAStaff was great
