Hotel Amazonka Conference and Spa

It was ok, rather like 3 not 4 star hotel

Poor breakfast, too hot in the room/looks like AC not working

Very friendly staff, good restaurant and great breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast is tasty, the spa is very professional, and the staff is very kind. A much more comfortable hotel than any other 5stars hotel.

Nice spaces room, comfortable bed, new furniture, clean, very good breakfast and restaurant.

TV is only in polish, not even one channel in English or other language. The room rate is overpriced for this type of hotel in small city for Poland.

Very good location of the hotel. friendly staff. the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

The property was very clean and staff was extremly firendly. There was a nice place to sit in the evening with friends (outside and inside). And a well-equipped room for children.

Awesome breakfast. Good coffee, friendly staff, good free parking, quiet, clean, modern infrastructure.

I only missed having the option of seen TV content in English or at least being able to use YouTube or connect my Netflix account. A swimming pool would have been more than welcome because of the hot temperature outside.

breakfast was very good and differentiated so evrybody could find something that likes, reception staff very positive and helpful

The location is very quiet and relaxing. Only a short walk to the centre of town with a nice park on the way. Massage was good.

No catering for dietary requirements. Separate single duvets even for double bed. Attempts to get a double duvet just resulted in more single duvets being delivered by the housekeeping staff.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Wonderful location close to the central park and rooms were clean. The restaurant offers a variety of traditional food and the staff is extremely kind on helping us with special requests such as gluten free food. Very high recommended.

I Oder a food in tha room ‘ and tha come next day take dishes 3pm ‘ and I have to call them’ really I’m unhappy with

I pay for double bed when I booked tha hotel and the charges me but tha pot 2 single beds I couldn’t sleep this a not fair ‘ because I paid for extra for double bed’

We were here many times, and we are always surprised how good this hotel really is. The staff is as friendly as a family, the restaurant is really the shining diamond, and the facility is just great. We will always stay there.

No complaints

Excellent spa and sauna facilities. Staff was polite and helpful.

Nothing I can think of.

Hotel is located at the end of a large park, a 20min walk away from the centre of Ciechocinek, This meant it was very quiet. Deluxe double room provided with large space, a good sized bathroom and a separate balcony area (even though on ground floor). Good facilities throughout hotel. Very good breakfast buffet - extensive choice in a large restaurant. SPa facilities available for guests (but not used by us this time).

Mask wearing was encouraged but not enforced. Most guests did not bother to wear a mask when walking around the hotel.

Everything was clean and accurate. Good value för money.

The bed broke down. Good it didn't causr any wounds. The towels were very old.

Clean, comfortable... the food is excellent both breakfast and dinner... staff exceptional... Beds were wonderfully comfortable... room size perfectIt felt like every need was already thought of and planned for... this is perhaps the best experience ever at a hotel in Poland.

As close to perfect as you can get

Big, comfy bed, great atmosphere, tasty food, peace and silence - all you need for leisure

Very nice place, all if free

Excellent hotel, super friendly and attentive staff.

All good, no concerns.

Mr Ryszard is an exceptional weiter
