Akacja Medical Resort

Hotel in very quiet location with parks on all sides. Good view from the room's large balcony. Room comfortable with good facilities and large bed. Breakfast good with large choice of food. Small restaurant provides reasonable choice of food too. 10min walk through the park (lined with beautiful flower beds) to town centre.

Only small issues. No air con in restaurant and we had to pay small amount for 50ml of extra milk for tea.

Nothing to coment about, just very average. Clean, functional place. Stuff is doing their job nothing more. OK place to stop for a night.

I was here only one night but the room was nice and clean, small but for one person ideal. It had a balcony with a view on a park. The personel was polite and very helpful. Breakfast was good

If I have to write something there was an old stain on a carpet which I guess was hard to remove.

Too far from Teznia, restaurant too cold and too dark, I needed a glass of milk and they wouldn’t sell it to me because it wasn’t on the menu

Absolutely excellent. Staff always smile and helpfully.. breakfast delicious. This hotel was one which I dlike. Especially cosmetic treatment with Ms Malgosia.

The location was spot on. The beds are very comfy.

If you want your room to be cleaned you need to ask. Even after cleaning the room is not really clean and the dirty dishes are not taken away. You need to take them downstairs yourself. Breakfast has no gluten-free or dairy-free options. There are no names of the food which is served. (You need to kind of guess what's is it ) Low-quality juices and cereal. The coffee machine always plays up. Staff wearing shorts and trainers at breakfast time. ( not very professional ) Despite breakfast being served till 10.30 if you decide to stay in bed longer and have breakfast at 10 you may not have much food left. The restaurant downstairs is nice however the menu is not family-orientated. The hotel needs more attention to detail as the outside area is not very representative. No milk in the room so black coffee only. The balcony furniture has seen better days. Also, the size of the duvets on single beds is like for a baby.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortabel. Breakfast was good wth enough choices.

the location of the hotel is fantastic. left the car at the parking lot and walked trough and through an entire Ciechocinek. rooms and staff impeccable. strongly recommended to those who are into sightseeing as there are lots of breathtaking dilapidated properties which back in the days used to be some sort of sanatoriums

New and nice facilities, especially the swinging chair on the balcony was really cool :)Price ok given high season. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast changing every day
