Arrived and realized this is not the hotel I was expecting. Comparing it to other 4* hotels from Booking with good reviews, I was expecting something entirely different. It's a very old building, from 80s or earlier. The rooms were tiny (12 m2) and looked nicer in the pictures.Upon arrival I decided we don't want to stay asked if we can check out and get the money refunded. The hotel initially said yes. I wish I had that in writing, but assumed their word is binding. The hotel changed their mind afterwards and I was not able to get the refund.I had to pay in advance via booking and now I understand why - the hotel is not a good one and paying via booking makes it harder to get the money back and perform a chargeback. Definitely avoid!

Too narrow balconies of the main buikding

Perfect location near the beautiful park. Warm and cozy swimming pool. Excellent spa section with saunas and a quiet relaxation spots. Great food. Very comfy beds and great design of the rooms.It has been my second stay in this hotel and it is my most favorite spa in Poland.

Nothing to complain about

Room was quite big and clean. It has nice park view. Indoor pool was amazing especially at nights. Outdoor pool was rather narrow but it was still nice to spend time by the pool. Spa experience was so delightful. Staff was so kind and friendly.

Open buffet was not so bad but did not exactly meet our expectations.

Beautiful hotel with lots to do, beautiful room with a nice balcony! Great food, nice bar, great location next to a park that has lots of activities. Great stay!

Excellent spa offer, staff very friendly, tasty breakfast, restaurant serves good food but a bit overpriced - dors not match the hotel standard. Hotel offers good value for money with spacious rooms and comfortable beds and all amenities.

Beautiful place with clean rooms and amazing facilities . They food is very delicious.

this is our 2nd stay! great facilities - pool, sauna, spa, steam rooms, salt graduation tower. wonderful breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Room is very comfortable.

Deluxe room was excellent; excellent, clean , quiet. Good view over park. Walking distance to sites.

The hotel has a Covid-19 policy however it was not enforced by the staff.It was extremely uncomfortable to see most guests not wearing masks in indoor public areas.

The size of the SPA area and that's it.

NIE POLECAM!!!The cleanliness of the room and in general was appalling. I had to change a room 3 times in order to find a clean toilet.The single room was tiny, there was no armchair nor a table. The fridge in the room was not working and all the breakfast items were dripping in oil. I cut my stay short because I just couldn't stand to be there anymore. The staff was extremely rude. They didn't apologise even though they agreed that the place was not clean. I have no idea how come this hotel has 4 stars, is so expensive and has such high ratings.
