Hotel Mazurkas

Honestly didn’t like much about the hotel at all!

Air conditioning wasn’t working in both rooms that we had, bathrooms don’t have any kind of ventilation system, really small bathtub and showering is not good, really hot inside the rooms, rotten apples laying around under bed… definitely not a four star hotel. Paid parking not mentioned when booking a room!

Hotel very dated, belongs in 1990s, had suite/apartment, no shower, just have to hold shower head whilst standing in bath! Would not be difficult to at least fit shower head bracket!Good parkingGood restaurant serving decent food with reasonable service tooExcellent breakfast choice

Very dated, ok for a stopover or if you like the 90s, everything works just so out of date.

- so we have tha same issue as a coment i have found. We were traveling two adults and one 10 years girl, we even took not a recomended room but bigger- apartaments, and we were charged extra 50 euros for the bed, wich was for a girl.They have explaned me that they now have to clean extra sheets. I said that when i booked the apartment i was looking for a room where 3 of us would fit and why would i have to pay extra? had this explanatio that they expected y\us to sleep all 3 in one double bed, wich is ridicilous.- breakfast is poor and the food was not frech, Breakfast was till 10, we went at 9 and everything was olmost gone.- very bad matras- we have issue with heating, couse the room wouldnt heat, you have to use ventilation wich is very loud and doesnt heat- first two days when hotel was empty it was ok with noise, but the last day they had conference in hotel so we had very loud and noisy time since the sound is coming from ventilation

One of the worst Waitress in restaurant .Waiting time was more then 30min . And still didn't take my order. Even when there twice. Bartender one of the worst ever. Definitely not recommended

Big parking place, good breakfast, nice personal.

It was very, very loud ventilation in room 107. It was almost impossible to sleep. I should use headsets to avoid noise, and the tv clock blue light was too bright.

Friendly staff, clean, fast internet.

The bed was terrible. Old springs bent so much that it was super uncomfortable to sleep on.I had to pay 15% extra charge just to park my car.

Good location for a stopover through the city, nice overall facilities and room.

Would have been nice to have more vegan options for bfreakfast.

as the promotion aqua park was indicated, on arrival we got info, that it is closed since two years already :)

Nice old fashioned hotel around 25 minutes from the center. If you book half board you get a 100 zl coupon pp which is sufficient for a nice meal (drinks not included).

Location

They did not honour my full meal (half boar) as per Booking confirmation. I have complained and still waiting for answer from hotel/Booking. This also reflects negatively on Booking.com's inability to enforce conditions?

An absolutely stunning property. Ample parking, moderate sized room, very clean and well presented. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very quiet considering the location.

My personal opinion. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but still very comfortable and inviting.

Location and restaurant is poor no swimming pool

Easy accessible for a stop over when traveling passed Warsaw. It was easy to find.

Non existing aircon made the night horrible. Rather rude staff in check in. The pool was closed.

Not a guy friendly hotel at all, most of the staff was very rude. One sample we where not accepted to have a dinner in the hotel restaurant unless sitting in one of the dark corners even tough we where the only once there, and no tables were booked that evening except ours. We decided to take a taxi to another restaurant. Staff member in hotel reception called a taxi for us that later on we realised it was her friend, he charged us triple price for the trip (if we look what we paid for the taxi we took back to the hotel).I would like to mention though that the girl who signed us in when we arrived at the hotel was very lovely but she was the only one who made our visit bearableOur stay at this hotel is very bad and we were most happy to get out of there after the treatment we got from the employees.

They are 40km away by car. (11km straight but if you have wings and you can fly)The transfer doesn.t exist. From airport you have to take a taxi and pay by yourself. 130lz, so more than 40 euros. From hotel they just phone the taxi but you have to pay by yourself.Too expensive for the location.

Bed perfect - amazing comfort. I slept very well.
