- We stayed for 5 nights. Very friendly and helpful owners/staff. Great breakfast. Great location in the city and close to the ubb train station if you are visiting the island of Usedom. Although the internet in our room went out on two separate days the owners were on the case immediately to fix it and it was resolved very quickly. Also, the owners had the patience to give us ice in a bucket each night to cool our food/drinks. We were very happy there and will certainly go back when we return to the area and island of Usedom!

- The location is not very good and the hotel lacks any charm. Early check-in, even leaving luggage was not possible. It's all very basic.

We would have had dinner at the hotel restaurant, but the waitress was very unfriendly. We went to eat elsewhere. When we came back at 8.30pm we would have ordered drinks, but the waitress refused because the restaurant would close at 9pm.The hotel room has poor soundproofing, but otherwise it is clean.
