The team in the hotel was so nice, they really love what they do, especially the animation team.The food is great, nice variety and the pools too. Enjoyed it a lot.

For one night , this property hit the mark. We arrived late from Mahon airport, and left early the next day. Check in was seamless, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom clean, and nicely equipped. Morning breakfast was a bit of a shocker; having never stayed in a big resort, the breakfast room was startling first thing in the morning -straight out of 1970s Butlins! However, once the initial shock wore off, we sat down and carefully chose from the buffet - everything was fresh, well prepared, and replenished frequently. The staff bussed the tables as guests left, and everything was clean and well presented. No complaints.

Privacy in a far room from pool and reception.

Food… very bad food for me… this put all the experience down at this place. Cheap quality things. Luckily and regretting I took half pension. Luckily no 3 euros for “drinks”. Pools were bit dirty in bottom… overall Not a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were wonderful, the rooms clean and the location fine.

Bit of walk to the beach but if you stay by the pool then you don't need it!

To see the ocean you wake 7 minutes from top of mountian sure nice but no place to set for long time and not on stones for sure :)

Sooo some of the front desk staff is amazing! All the women working there are truly sweet! I liked that it’s near a beach and the rooms are decent size

Positioning of bedrooms, mattresses pillows and linens. My ac didn’t work well at all. They brought me a dusty fan and didn’t offer me anything on my suffering first night.

Big site with good pools and nice the rooms looked out to pool area. staff were very helpful with everything we requested.

Site was a little bit remote from bars and shops.

Great large hotel in a purpose built resort. We will be back

In a hotel of this size, it would be good to see some more gluten free & vegan options for desserts

Spacious one bed flat with all cooking utensils provided. Food at the restaurant was ok for dinner and breakfast.

As a couple, the bed was a twin. The water from the taps had an unpleasant taste.

The beds were very hard. The food, breakfast and dinner were not up to standard, limited selection, repetitive, and luke warm.

About breakfast: it offers a buffet with a variety of choices and the quality of food I found as okay. However, I have serious doubts about the hygiene aspect of the canteen: from 7-10am people take the same pair of tongs with their bare hands. Some take the whole baguette and grab it all when cutting. The food is not anyhow covered, just laying there for hours, while people walk around, sneeze and cough. Special mention about the cutlery: it is really old and sometimes dirty. So were the tables. I found this all disgusting and every morning I forced myself to eat as my appetite was at it lowest as soon as I entered the canteen.

Breakfast was very delicious and with a lot of options! The restaurant as well. Facilities were very nice

The location is a little bit isolated. There is everything in the hotel, you don’t really need to leave it but it was missing for me to have more things around

Large pool, well equipped room with mini kitchen, great shower

The room got stuffy at night and the only way to air it is leaving rhe entrance door open which means anyone can enter, as there are no windows.so no other way to ventilate

Quiet and peaceful

We were given a room with a foul smell coming from the toilet that lingered in the entire room. It was very unpleasant very time we returned, by day 2 we had to ask to be moved. On top of that my partner got food poisoning after eating at the restaurant buffet and we lost 3/5 days of our vacation. The staff were not very helpful when we called to ask any medical services. We had been very much so looking forward to our stay but sadly it was not the trip we were expecting.
