Bordoy Casa Ládico - Hotel Boutique Adults Only

Breakfast was great, pool area was gorgeous.

Our room was not up to the cleanliness standard of a 5-star hotel.

I would highly, highly recommend this hotel. I stayed overnight and it exceeded all expectation. Great room with all the comforts - nice shower, comfortable bed, modern aesthetic. The facilities were also excellent - bar, gym, pool. The staff at the hotel were awesome. My flight was delayed so I was expected to arrive at the hotel when they are typically not available. They called me and said they could accommodate. It was a seamless experience. Right in heart of town too.

There is nothing I didn't like about this stay - only that I didn't have more time. Based on observation, I would say if you are renting a car, it might be little more difficult with parking but this did not apply to me.

Decoration

First day in the room there was a hair tie in the shower full with hairs, room had like 15 flies on the windows, had to open the window for 15mins for them to get out. Beach towels they offer are shredded, stained, discolored, unbelievable. First

Very lovely hotel, modern design, friendly service, complementary mini bar, "honest" bar (self service after regular business hours) and coffee, snack in main lobby area. We can recommended.

Wonderful accommodations, location was perfect, everything within walking distance. The staff was excellent. Breakfast delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Very helpful staff. We were sent good information about the fiesta taking place the weekend we were in Mahon. We hadn't realised how it would affect the city and the advice to book dinners ahead and also eat breakfast in the hotel made a good difference to out weekend.

The staff, they went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. I have to say we felt very welcomed and had such a good time. I have already recommended this place to multiple people it was that good. Plus I NEVER leave a review, so that just shows how good this hotel was.

I loved the size of the place - a true boutique hotel - this meant that it was really intimate and tranquil. The staff (Luisa, Roser and Anna) were exceptional. The public spaces in the hotel were beautiful and very useable given the limited number of bedrooms and therefore guests.

Staff and breakfast were excellent. Location is convenient in Mahon.

Everything was great, lovely rooms and common areas (the pool was amazing, sadly the weather was too cold to dip in, but we enjoyed the patio nonetheless) the location is right in the centre, on a quiet street. We would totally stay there again given the chance

Beautiful building in a great location and lovely staff. Pool was lovely to have a dip at the end of a hot day and honestly bar was a nice touch.

Our room felt cramped for 2 adults staying a week and not enough storage space - really a case of style over substance and therefore not great value for money compared to the several other hotels we have stayed at in Mahon - if room had been a little bigger and lighter with more storage it would have been a perfect choice.

No view but not really an issue

Perfect location. Easy access from airport by taxi - costed less than 15 euros each way. Anna from front desk was very helpful, answered all my questions, constantly checked in to make sure everything was going OK.

Gorgeous decor boutique and quirky design great service

Great Rooms, high ceiling and nice color concept. bathroom as well very nicely decorated. super friendly staff around the hotel. Patio with pool super nice to relax

No umbrellas to borrow in case of rain, will be improved according to the front office staff. parking was a nightmare, upon arrival, the card didn't work, when I left the next morning, the card didn't work as well, even though the front office assured me that they called and it works now. If you charge your guests that fee for parking that far, make sure it works perfectly.In the basement there is whirlpool but available onyl upon reservation. as I didn't read the info by email clearly, I didn't know that. I highly recommend a short note on the glass door, saying that 'reservation only' and the problem is solved.
