All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is exceptional and the food / drink offered in green room is generous

Size, low key, spa steam room, pool, sun deck, food, coffee bar, drinks. Bed comfy, liked staff, like luggage locker, like sitting area, like location.

Needs some attention to the wear and tear details. Also, spa floor is quite slippery. Steam room was not on one morning. Whirlpool was not warm.

Extremely pleasant, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast - fried eggs, omelette cooked to order. Cakes, fruit, juices etc. ad lib. Huge Queen bed. Big rain showerhead in roomy shower. 'Green room' in lobby with cakes, juices, sandwiches, ice cold water, wine and some beers from 2pm, all free. Large glass drinking water bottle in room fridge, refillable from lobby. Good recycling arrangements. Very good, easily adjustable air conditioning.

The 24/7 snack bar was great, breakfast too.. the hamam (steam sauna) was small but great and for a one night stay everything was in order.

I don't like single beds, and asked in advance for a big one,.. The location is not so great, and air-conditioning is so-so.. but overall I am happy with the stay, and might consider staying again (mostly thanks to the snack bar!) ?

Its a nice modern hotel close to the bus station and a 10 minute walk from the old town. The hotel amenities are very nice and staff excellent.

The hotel was clean and bright and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were comfortable and spotless too. We enjoyed the mini spa area where we could swim and relax. It was an excellent bonus that you had the wonderful green room for guests, we were very grateful to sit in comfort whilst being able to have a coffee or drink and even a healthy snack in between our plans; this was a fabulous bonus to our stay.

Not very much could have been better. There is very little that we found negative about our stay with you.

Nothing wrong with hotel Just be warned that it's a ten minute walk in the evening to find dinner. Take advice from reception and maybe book any meal out. Never been anywhere where the first question is have you booked...when the place is empty ..and when you do reserve you seem to be treated like a god...very weird. We soon caught on and just phoned ahead.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable; and breakfast options were plentiful. We particularly liked the Green room where snacks and drinks were available at little or no cost. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to many restaurants and shops as well as the bus station with its amazing range of options for touring the island.

We experienced no problems but considered it a pity that some guests clearly abuse the Green room system, using it to sate their appetite to the exclusion of others.

Staff were great, the green room is excellent, rooms are clean with nice balcony and the breakfast was great.

Everything about it, the free food and drink in the reception area, the room was cleaned every day, the sauna and pool and roof top sun bathing was a real nice touch

The staff at Artiem Capri were very friendly and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Carla and Eva for their assistance after our son lost his passport and also in organising transport and providing advice.

The rooms are not very soundproof. We weren’t affected because our floor was quiet but my son commented on the soundproofing on his floor.

Awesome snacks for free, clean and nice room, awesome staff...

The hotel is located perfect in the city center. We really enjoyed our stay - also thanks so much for the free snacks (nuts, salad, sandwiches) and drinks in the evening (wine included). What a nice treat! The wellness is also very nice with pool, sauna (and Turkish sauna), Solarium (/rooftop) and a garden place.

They rarely speak English with you, but it wasn’t a problem - I had a Spanish friend with me :)

Such a lovely hotel! Amazing quality for the price, great location (only about a 15 min walk to the centre/harbour) and the staff were exceptional! So friendly and helpful ? The room was clean, comfy and had everything you need. Would 100% recommend staying here!

I loved my stay here. Everything was clean, excellent location and food. The best part was the staff, wow. What a lovely people. Thank you guys for everything, I would love to come back very soon.
