The location was good although not may staff avalible so long wait ordering drinks round about 20 mins .

No tea or coffee ficilitys in the room and you couldn't get a drink after a certain time .

Overall is very good

It is pricey. The hotel es ok but charges like a 5 star.

Staff nice and clean property

Can’t drink the water!! Elevator not working! Pretty basic for expensive hotel. Food options for international travelers poor with traditional heavy meals at noon or 8pm with few lighter options and nothing for several hours in the afternoon and early evening. It’s as if the hotel can’t decide whether it’s a traditional Spanish posada or modern property serving international in-transit guests.

Friendly , efficient staff at reception. Got a free upgrade to a suite with plunge pool. Clean, fresh decor. Great air conditioning. Plenty of toiletries in bathroom. Excellent location with lovely peaceful garden and pool. Very relaxing hotel with great views. Couldn't fault it and really enjoyed our stay

This is an exceptional hotel, beautifully appointed, with very friendly and efficient staff! I had a beautiful stay here and particularly appreciated the lovely location (gorgeous view of the port), the comfortable, air conditioned rooms, and the lovely (and calm!) garden, pool and spa.

The only thing I can really think of was a cigarette burn in one of the sheets on a Balinese bed near the pool. Truly, everything was very lovely.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel staff were kind and responsive, and the room was clean and comfortable. Whenever I had a request, such as calling a taxi, the staff handled it promptly and helpfully.

There was one very disappointing experience. When we went to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, we were treated quite unpleasantly. As soon as I mentioned that we did not have a reservation, we were told that the restaurant could not accept us that evening. This was surprising, as it was still within opening hours and several tables were clearly available. Only after I expressed my confusion and asked why we could not be seated were we reluctantly given a table. Even then, the service was slow and far from satisfactory.Since we were seated near the cashier, we could observe how other guests without reservations were being seated without issue. This made the treatment we received feel arbitrary and discriminatory. It was extremely unpleasant, and I would like to strongly express my dissatisfaction regarding this experience.

The hotel was in a decent location, close to town and easy to walk to places nearby. The room did have a really nice balcony to sit on overlooking the pool.

The pool was ok, but not great. Our room was nice enough, but nothing super special. The staff was ok, but not very friendly.

Breakfast was fantastic a lot of variety of food.

Very expensive and small parking.

The staff was very rude mainly the old lady at the front desk. She was definitely not nice. They were not helpful at all. They didn’t made/cleaned the room during our entire stay.

The room was spacious, the view of the full moon through the window was magnificent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were excellent.

The bar and the restaurant were open till 11 p.m.

I had to wait 45 mins extra for my room to be ready passed check in time. We had been traveling and were exhausted

location v good - easy downhill to port & bars etc though harder back up but are other routes - and once got bearings into pretty middle of town only 10 min (& similar to bus station to get around the island). Staff v nice too (& let me watch my English football game even when others wanted to watch Spanish footy)

indoor pool not easy to swim in as spa type shallow etc (& €10 even for hotel residents so should be clearer about that)

Nice staff, comfortable bed, very clean. Not too difficult to find a place to park nearby

Pool opening hours too restrictive

Good hotel with a panoramic view to harbor. Hospital staff, clean and comfortable rooms, relaxing spa with swimming pool, sauna, massage shower, excellent breakfast with rich assortment.

The conditioner was old and didn't cool air in the room, only heating.

We stayed here for just one night. The hotel is within walking distance to the centre of the town. A big thank you to the staff for upgrading our room on arrival. This was unexpected and the new room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. I would certainly stay at this hotel again if we return.

Everything was perfect: super clean and beautifully decorated, the breakfast is delicious, with impressive variety, the staff is all sooo nice and attentive. I would come here again if I have the chance.
