Super convenient to everything, stores, cafes, the Market Place, and for those like myself, one block from the Police Station for Visa appointments. Cabs always available to and from the airport. And the staff are simply wonderful. Great value.

Loved the location and the 'Casa'! It's gorgeous and classy yet comfy. The room was larger than I expected and very comfortable. The staff was amazing and very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

The shower, due to a typical design in the EU, leaked water onto the floor. There hardly ever is a proper shower curtain or door that completely encloses the shower, so in most places I've stayed there is a problem with water running out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. It doesn't take away from the comfort of the room for me, but if it bothers you, be aware.

Perfect location to visit Mahon and Minorca. The room was great: big and clean

Beautiful property set in the heart of Mahon. We received a very friendly welcome from Maria, she was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It is absolutely spotless, from the beautiful entrance hall to the bedroom and bathroom. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location, staff were very tentative.

In room cups required a handle as drinks too hot to hold, no toilet brush.

The rooms are in great conditions, and I loved the decos3. The shower is amazing, and the room is individually heated.4. The location is impeccable. So close to everything!!

The only thing I’d point out is that the entire building has wooden floors, and since I stayed right underneath another room with an occupant in it, the sound from above is very loud. The wooden ceiling has made it worse. But it’s ok after everyone went to sleep.

Very friendly and clean, lovely breakfast

Maria was on the reception desk on my arrival and was so helpful and friendly, so off to a great start. Was delighted to be given the balcony room overlooking the small pool. The small touches to detail in the rooms and amenities were excellent. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.

I'm glad I was on the 1st floor, but Maria helped me with my bags.

The property's central location in Maó offers great convenience for easy access to nearby amenities and attractions.

The room is quite small and doesn't offer much space for relaxation. Additionally, I've noticed some issues with the cleanliness of the room, particularly the lack of replenished teabags and coffee sachets.

Elegant building, expertly modernised. Appreciated kettle and refrigerator in the room.

The style is minimalist (no pictures on the white walls) to the point of being rather clinical and lacking the sense of a human presence.. Nice tree on the terrace, it is true but otherwise seemed to be trying harder not to offend than actually trying to please.

Beautiful minimal Mediterranean decoration, friendly, attentive and efficient staff along with a delicious breakfast buffet. Our room was a haven, super peaceful and was comfortable and chic. Really very lovely.

Soundproofing was the only issue - the room above was occupied and you could hear everything. Particularly an issue for us in the morning. If booking again, I’d ask for a room on an upper floor.

Amazing place in the absolute best location imaginable, by the main square and near the steps to the port! Super friendly reception and the best bed comfort, quiet street, amazing shower. I felt like staying forever!

Everything was perfect. I wish the pool was open later as swimming quietly wouldn't have bothered anyone.

Shame the pool and terrace was only open from 11am. I arrive too late to really use it during the afternoon as I had shower and went straight out for dinner. I would have used it in the morning, but it only opens after checkout.I had a window in my room, but you couldn't see the sky. A small point, but made the room feel a bit too enclosed.Quite expensive but I think this seems normally for the island having shopped around.

Beautifully decorated and maintained hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, stored my bag until check in time.

Would have liked to make use of the plunge pool in the courtyard but it felt quite public with other people’s rooms looking on!
