The staff was friendly and helpful! Parking was provided at a minimal cost. A big thumbs up!!

Room, bathroom and bed were very, very clean. Beds were good.Breakfast was very satisfactory.The common areas were clean and nicely lit with candles and free water and apples were provided at reception which was a nice touch. Wifi was good and free.

There were a lot of dirty smear spots on the carpets especially in the corridor in front of our rooms on the 1ste floor. The carpet really can do with some decent cleaning or even replacement, it looks dirty and dated. Pillows were too soft. Furniture is dated. Reception staff could try to smile and be friendly.Paying for the parking was not a nice welcome. The area of the hotel is more like a business/non entertainment area. From what I read in the description it sounds like it would be more centrally located to the nicer downtown area. So that was a bit misleading.

It would have been helpful to have more power outlets on the nightstand near the bed. Also, having some ceiling lamps for better lighting would improve the room.

The rooms are fine and the breakfast is good.

At 6 am an industrial noise of air conditioning starts which is annoying…

A staff member is smoking in front of the entrance, and as soon as you reach the counter, the smell of smoke is everywhere, which is very uncomfortable.

A good place to sleep, nothing fancy at all. Quiet and well located. Free water and juice and good WiFi.

Basic hotel, don't stay if you're looking for luxury.

It was not clean. The sheets on the bed were fresh but you can see that they only clean like for 10 min. The bathroom needs a deep clean.

Parking fee is applied, but the hotel is situated far from the center, almost in countryside

The reception is manned all the time, which is great. I don't understand the reviews saying the building is too old and needs to be updated. Not at all. It's a nice building in a good state for something constructed decades ago.

I don't know what is the point of asking for a parking fee in that area. It's an industrial zone and should be accessible. I don't recommend paying the parking fee there but to park 100 meters away in the street.

No air conditioning

It was a good sized room and bathroom. Location was suitable for what we needed. The breakfast was fantastic although the coffee was not great.

The room could be supplied with a fan in summer. We asked for one but they didn’t have any. Also we asked for an iron but another guest was using it. Really they should have more of those kinds of things for guests.

We waited in a long queue at the reception to register and receive room keys - waiting time was about 1 hour !Noisy doors from rooms in same corridor started banging on Sunday morning from 8am onwards and woke us up . No sleep in possible ….
