Advertised a bar, actually it was reception and nobody there after 8pm. So no communal space unfortunately. Breakfast was ok but basic.

The hotel looks a bit 'tired' from the outside. Otherwise everything okay.

We thought the hotel and staff were charming and over the years that we have traveled to Kleve, we always have stayed at the Elaya Hotel but now, after our experience at the Akzent we will be happy to stay there.

Very nice breakfast and friendly staff in charming breakfast room. Great location close to center of town. Convenient parking in back of the building and also secure bike storage.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is well situated being approx 5 minutes walk into Kleve town centre. Hotel provided a locked secure cycle store in the hotel car park that we used for our motorbike, which was fantastic. Breakfast was very good.

There was no coffee or tea facilities in the room.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel was easy to locate with convenient parking. While there's no minibar and a few areas still show signs of being slightly outdated despite some recent renovations like the bathroom, the central location makes it ideal for a brief stay.

As always a good Hotel with a great staff, and a good base if you like Kleve for the city history and natural suroundings like parks and forests..

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Wifi was excellent and I was able to work in the evening.

The restaurant was not open so had to go out for evening meal. It looked form the booking that there was a restaurant but seems only for breakfast.

Nice little hotel just not that far out of the city center. I was traveling by bicycle and the hotel did have secure storage and also a large hotel car park. The room was large and comfy, with good wifi, TV and bathroom. Only a 5-minute walk down to the wonderful river, main city center, and castle. The Teargarden and forest walks were all within 15min. Great little town to visit.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a brand new room, all was clean and in perfect order. The location is 10 minutes walking from downtown, so the city center is perfectly reachable.

The new furniture was still smelling glue and lacquer, not a fault. Opening the windows solved the inconvenience.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Good room, good beds. Clean. Breakfast ok.

A pity that no lunch/evening diner was served there.
