It starts with a generous parkingspace in an easy to find location in the nice town of Kleve, near a nice shopping area. Very friendly and helpful receptionist, speaks German, English and even Dutch. Rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and even have a bath and good view over the town. Beds are excellent and the TV offers quite a choice. Breakfast is on the top floor, great view, friendly staff and sufficient meals and drinks. Definitely a place to visit again!

At the entrance it is not clear that the hotel reception is actually staffed and you can enter the building without first having to get a key from one of the vaults outside. The building is used by several companies, of which the hotel is only one. Very confusing!

Nice staff. Good advice for restaurant. Good breakfast.

room was clean. location was as expected. personnel was friendly.

The hotel is in a rehab center. that gives a few disadvantages like: - At 4AM the floor above us starts working and gives a lot of noise. - The stone floor is very cold and echo's sounds from hall way and rest of the building- Water was not warmer than 38 degrees. so warming up your bath is not possible. wonder if it's safe in terms of legionella. - restaurant upstairs and downstairs was closed.- people talking in the hall ways sound like they are next to your bed. at 3AM it's not nice..- coffee machine only takes coins.

No staff available at all. I’ve stayed three nights . Haven’t seen any staffs, no staffs at the reception. No good facilities Location was far away from the airport .

Self check-in was fairly intuitive. The room was great, and had a nice view from the fifth floor.

In the night someone was trying to enter the room with a key. I don’t know if it was staff or another guest.

On the hotel advert in their 'Property Important Information' it states that 'It is not possible to stay ay the property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. However, upon arrival there was a COVID testing facility as well as half of the hotel being 'blocked' off as it was a COVID QUARANTINE HOTEL. This was not advertised on the booking, and due to one or more of the colleagues staying there being high risk, we could not take the chance staying in this hotel. The hotel have not accepted liability for this, nor will they issue a refund.

The property is well organized safe and nice design. The rooms had everything ready for a morning start a fridge with bottled water was included and it was very close to the work that i had to do. thank you i will be returning back.

One problem that the organizers owners must careful is to be absolutely certain that late arrivals can find the keys there is a wall full of boxes for keys of the property. Although if you haven't received a direct email with the code that is a problem cause reception is only until 6:00 and after that there now one there so if you arrive after 6:00 you must have an email that tell you exactly were the entrance keys are and the code otherwise you will stay out of the property.I was lucky that with a code booking shown a box opened with 3 bookings so i used theirs and i organized in the morning with the reception. Otherwise i would have staid out without a room.

What sky lounge??? No lounge no dining no nothing.Tacky interior. All facilities closed and turned into a Covid testing centre and some kind of hospital. This is literally a place for a bed. Has no soul. Stay in central Kleve Wouldn’t never recommend this to anyone.

Air condition wasn't working properly, no cool brease and there was no Shampoo or Body wash. Do you expect someone to wash himself with handwash liquid???
